เมื่อวันศุกร์ที่ 4 กันยายน 2569 สำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ เมืองดูไบ (สคต. ณ เมืองดูไบ) ร่วมกับห้างซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Choithrams พร้อมด้วยผู้นำเข้าบริษัท Ever Spring Industry Limited และบริษัท Al Rabia Al Daim Food & Beverages Trading L.L.C. จัดพิธีเปิดกิจกรรม Thai Fruits & Food Festival 2026 ณ ห้างซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Choithrams สาขา Safa Park เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายและประชาสัมพันธ์สินค้าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม รวมถึงผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเกษตรทั้งข้าวประเภทต่างๆ ผัก/ผลไม้สดและแปรรูปของไทยในตลาดสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ภายใต้แนวคิด “Think Food, Think Thailand”
พิธีเปิดได้รับเกียรติจากกงสุลใหญ่ ณ เมืองดูไบ (นายชาครีย์นรทิพย์ เสวิกุล) และ Director of Choithrams Group (Mr. Dinesh Pagarani) ร่วมเป็นประธาน โดยมีผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศ ณ เมืองดูไบ (นายปิติชัย รัตนนาคะ) และผู้แทนทีมประเทศไทยและผู้บริหารจาก Choithrams ร่วมเป็นสักขีพยาน
นอกจากพิธีเปิดแล้วยังมีกิจกรรมสำคัญ ได้แก่ การประชาสัมพันธ์ข้าวประณีต ประกอบด้วยข้าวไทย 4 ประเภทที่มีเอกลักษณ์ ได้แก่ ข้าวหอมมะลิ ข้าวกล้องหอมมะลิ ข้าวไรซ์เบอร์รี่ และข้าวมัลติเกรน ภายใต้แนวคิด “Think Rice, Think Thailand : We Serve the Best Quality Rice to the World” และกิจกรรมสาธิตการทำเมนูอาหารไทย แกงเขียวหวาน ต้มข่า ผัดกระเพรา ทานร่วมกับข้าวประณีต โดยเชฟจากร้านอาหาร Thai SELECT (ร้าน Little Bangkok Restaurant) รวมถึงกิจกรรมแจกชิมผลไม้สดและผลไม้แปรรูปของไทย ซึ่งได้รับความสนใจจากลูกค้าซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตเป็นอย่างมาก
กิจกรรม Thai Fruits & Food Festival 2026 กำหนดจัดระหว่างวันที่ 4-17 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้างซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต Choithrams จำนวน 16 สาขาในสหรัฐอาหรับเอมิเรตส์ ได้แก่ • Safa Park• The Greens• Green Community• Manhattan Tower• Al Mahda• DEC Marina• Umm Suqeim• Khalidiyah• Silicon Oasis• Al Rais• Shorooq• Dubai Tower• Bay Square• Le Grand Mall• Sharjah• Al Suroor

On Friday, 4 September 2026, the Office of Thai Trade Promotion in Dubai (Thai Trade Center, Dubai), in collaboration with Choithrams Supermarket, together with importers Ever Spring Industry Limited and Al Rabia Al Daim Food & Beverages Trading L.L.C., organized the opening ceremony of the Thai Fruits & Food Festival 2026 at Choithrams Supermarket, Safa Park branch.
The event aims to promote and raise awareness of Thai food and beverage products, as well as Thai agricultural products, including various types of rice and fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, in the United Arab Emirates market under the concept “Think Food, Think Thailand.”
The opening ceremony was honored by H.E. Charkrienorrathip Savikul Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai, and the Northern Emirate, and Mr. Dinesh Pagarani, Director of Choithrams Group, who jointly presided over the ceremony. The event was also attended by Mr. Pitichai Ratananaka, Executive Director of Thai Trade Center Dubai, representatives of the Thailand Team, and executives from Choithrams.
In addition to the opening ceremony, several activities were organized, including the promotion of Praneet Rice, featuring four distinctive varieties of Thai rice: Thai Hom Mali Rice, Thai Hom Mali Brown Rice, Riceberry Rice, and Multigrain Rice, under the concept “Think Rice, Think Thailand: We Serve the Best Quality Rice to the World.”
The event also featured live cooking demonstrations of popular Thai dishes, including Green Curry, Tom Kha, and Pad Kra Pao, served with Praneet Rice. The demonstrations were conducted by a chef from a Thai SELECT restaurant, Little Bangkok Restaurant. Customers also had the opportunity to sample a variety of fresh and processed Thai fruits, which attracted considerable interest from supermarket shoppers.
