في ختام الزيارات المعرفية، اطّلع منتسبو «برنامج القيادات التنفيذية للجمهورية العربية السورية» على تجربة مطارات دبي في تطوير رحلة المسافر وربط دولة الإمارات بالعالم، إلى جانب استراتيجية هيئة الثقافة والفنون في دبي «دبي للثقافة» ودور الحكومة في دعم القطاع الثقافي والإبداعي.
وعكست الزيارتان تنوع التجارب الحكومية الإماراتية ودورها في تطوير قطاعات حيوية ترتبط بجودة الحياة والتنافسية والهوية الوطنية.

Concluding the programme’s knowledge visits, participants in the Executive Leadership Programme for the Syrian Arab Republic explored Dubai Airports’ experience in enhancing the passenger journey and connecting the United Arab Emirates with the world. They also reviewed the cultural strategy of the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority and the government’s role in supporting the cultural and creative sectors.
The visits highlighted the diversity of United Arab Emirates government experiences and their contribution to quality of life, competitiveness and national identity.

اطّلع منتسبو «برنامج القيادات التنفيذية للجمهورية العربية السورية» خلال اليوم الرابع على تجارب حكومية متخصصة في التحول الرقمي والخدمات الاستباقية لدى دبي الرقمية، وإدارة المواهب وبناء قدرات المستقبل لدى الهيئة الاتحادية للموارد البشرية الحكومية، وتطوير منظومة الطاقة والبنية التحتية المستدامة لدى وزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية، وتعزيز بيئة الأعمال والاستثمار لدى وزارة الاقتصاد والسياحة.
وتدعم هذه الزيارات تبادل الخبرات وبناء قدرات قيادية أكثر جاهزية للمساهمة في تطوير العمل الحكومي.

On the programme’s fourth day, participants in the Executive Leadership Programme for the Syrian Arab Republic explored specialised government experiences in digital transformation and proactive services at Digital Dubai, talent management and future capability building at the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, sustainable energy and infrastructure at the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and business and investment development at the Ministry of Economy and Tourism.
These visits support the exchange of expertise and strengthen leadership capabilities for government development.

اطّلع منتسبو البرنامج خلال زياراتهم في أبوظبي على تجارب متخصصة في الخدمات الحكومية المتكاملة وتجربة المتعامل في مركز «تم»، والتميز والتمكين المؤسسي في دائرة التمكين الحكومي، وحماية التراث وتطوير السياحة والاقتصاد الإبداعي في دائرة الثقافة والسياحة في أبوظبي.

During their knowledge visits in Abu Dhabi, participants explored integrated government services and customer experience at TAMM, government excellence and institutional enablement at the Department of Government Enablement, and cultural heritage, tourism, and the creative economy at the Department of Culture and Tourism, Abu Dhabi.

شهد اليوم الثاني جلسات وزيارات معرفية أتاحت لمنتسبي البرنامج الاطلاع على نماذج إماراتية في المسرعات الحكومية، والابتكار الحكومي، وإدارة المواهب، والطاقة المستدامة، والخدمات الرقمية الاستباقية، بمشاركة المسرعات الحكومية، ومركز محمد بن راشد للابتكار الحكومي، والهيئة الاتحادية للموارد البشرية الحكومية، ووزارة الطاقة والبنية التحتية، ودبي الرقمية.

The programme’s second day featured sessions and knowledge visits highlighting UAE models in government accelerators, government innovation, talent management, sustainable energy, and proactive digital services. Participating entities included Government Accelerators, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, and Digital Dubai.

شارك منتسبو "برنامج القيادات التنفيذية للجمهورية العربية السورية" في جلسات متخصصة استضافتها جامعة حمدان بن محمد الذكية، تناولت أسس القيادة الفعالة، وقيادة فرق العمل لتحقيق النتائج، ومهارات التواصل والتأثير القيادي، بما يدعم تطوير قدراتهم وجاهزيتهم للمساهمة في مسارات التحديث الحكومي.

Participants in the Executive Leadership Program for the Syrian Arab Republic attended specialised sessions hosted by Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University. The sessions covered effective leadership, leading teams to achieve results, and communication and leadership influence, supporting their capabilities and readiness to contribute to government modernisation.

في إطار متابعة الشراكة الاستراتيجية بين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وجمهورية السنغال، بحث وفد حكومي إماراتي، خلال سلسلة لقاءات مع قيادات حكومية في داكار، الفرص والمبادرات التي من شأنها توسيع مجالات التعاون بين البلدين.
وركزت اللقاءات على التحول الحكومي، وبناء القدرات، وتعزيز كفاءة الأداء والتنفيذ، بما يدعم الأولويات الوطنية لجمهورية السنغال. وتستند هذه الجهود إلى شراكة ممتدة منذ عام 2020، أثمرت تنظيم 231 ورشة عمل استفاد منها 8,056 متدرب، إلى جانب إطلاق مبادرة "مليون مبرمج سنغالي".

As part of the ongoing strategic partnership between the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Senegal, an Emirati government delegation held a series of meetings with government leaders in Dakar to explore opportunities and initiatives that can further strengthen cooperation between both countries.
The meetings focused on government transformation, capacity building, and enhancing performance and delivery in support of the Republic of Senegal’s national priorities. Since its establishment in 2020, the partnership has delivered 231 workshops benefiting 8,056 participants, alongside the launch of the One Million Senegalese Coders initiative.

سلطت محطات الزيارة الضوء على تجارب دولة الإمارات في إدارة الأداء الحكومي، والخدمات الرقمية، وإدارة المنافذ، والموانئ والخدمات اللوجستية.

وشملت الزيارة مجموعة موانئ دبي العالمية «دي بي ورلد»، ممثلةً بعبد الله الهاشمي، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات العالمية في المجموعة، وسعادة جمعة عبد الله الكعبي، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع التكنولوجيا والمعلومات في الهيئة الاتحادية للهوية والجنسية والجمارك وأمن المنافذ، وسعادة يونس آل ناصر، الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة دبي للبيانات والإحصاء في دبي الرقمية، وهشام أميري، نائب رئيس الخدمات الحكومية في حكومة الإمارات، إلى جانب الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء.

واطلع الوفد على نماذج عملية تعزز كفاءة العمل الحكومي، وتحوّل الخبرات المتبادلة إلى أثر ملموس في الخدمات وتجربة المتعامل.

The visit highlighted UAE experiences in government performance management, digital services, border management, ports and logistics.

The program included DP World, represented by Abdullah Al Hashmi, Chief Operating Officer for Global Operations at DP World Group; Juma Abdullah Al Kaabi, Executive Director of the Technology and Information Sector at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security; Younus Al Nasser, Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment at Digital Dubai; Hesham Amiri, Deputy Chief of Government Services at the UAE Government; alongside the General Secretariat of the Cabinet.

The delegation explored practical models that enhance government efficiency and translate shared expertise into tangible improvements in services and customer experience.

واصل الوفد الحكومي اللبناني لقاءاته مع قيادات حكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، واطلع على خبرات متخصصة في الاقتصاد والسياحة، وتنسيق العمل الحكومي، والهوية والإقامة، والصحة والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة، والأمن السيبراني، والاتصالات والحكومة الرقمية.

وشارك في اللقاءات معالي عبدالله بن طوق المري، ومعالي عبدالله محمد البسطي، ومعالي الفريق محمد أحمد المري، ومعالي منصور المنصوري، وسعادة الدكتور محمد الكويتي، وسعادة المهندس ماجد سلطان المسمار، حيث ناقشوا تجارب تعزز تكامل الجهات، وترفع كفاءة الأداء، وتدعم بناء منظومات حكومية رقمية أكثر أمناً وجاهزية.

The Lebanese government delegation continued its meetings with United Arab Emirates Government leaders, exploring specialized experiences in economy and tourism, government coordination, identity and residency, healthcare and advanced technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications and digital government.

The meetings brought together H.E. Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, H.E. Abdulla Mohammed Al Basti, H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori, H.E. Dr Mohammed Al Kuwaiti and H.E. Majed Sultan Al Mesmar to discuss practices that strengthen institutional integration, improve performance and support more secure and future-ready digital government systems.

ضمن زيارة وفد من الجمهورية اللبنانية إلى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، تناولت سلسلة من الجلسات مستقبل الحكومات ودور الذكاء الاصطناعي وصناعة السياسات والتخطيط الاستراتيجي واستشراف المستقبل والمسرعات الحكومية في رفع كفاءة الأداء وتسريع الإنجاز، إلى جانب فرص التعاون في التجارة الخارجية.

وشارك في الجلسات معالي الدكتور ثاني بن أحمد الزيودي، ومعالي عمر سلطان العلماء، إلى جانب ممثلين عن مؤسسة دبي للمستقبل والمسرعات الحكومية وفرق الاستراتيجية والابتكار، لتبادل الخبرات الداعمة لتطوير نماذج حكومية أكثر مرونة وجاهزية للمستقبل.

During the visit of a delegation from the Republic of Lebanon to the United Arab Emirates, a series of sessions explored the future of government and the role of artificial intelligence, policymaking, strategic planning, future foresight and government accelerators in improving performance and accelerating delivery, alongside opportunities for cooperation in foreign trade.

The sessions brought together H.E. Dr Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, H.E. Omar Sultan Al Olama, alongside representatives of Dubai Future Foundation, Government Accelerators and the Strategy and Innovation teams, to exchange expertise supporting more agile and future-ready government models.

استقبل معالي محمد عبد الله القرقاوي، وزير شؤون مجلس الوزراء، وفداً حكومياً من الجمهورية اللبنانية، ضمن زيارة تهدف إلى الاطلاع على أبرز التجارب والممارسات التي طورتها حكومة دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في مجالات التحديث الحكومي والجاهزية للمستقبل.

وأكد معاليه أن تبادل التجارب الحكومية الناجحة يختصر مسافات التطوير، ويسهم في بناء حكومات أكثر كفاءة ومرونة، وقادرة على تحويل التحديات والمتغيرات إلى فرص تنعكس إيجاباً على حياة المجتمعات.

وشملت الزيارة، التي نظمها مكتب التبادل المعرفي الحكومي، استعراض تجارب دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتصفير البيروقراطية، والمسرعات الحكومية، واستشراف المستقبل، وتطوير الخدمات الحكومية الذكية، بما يفتح آفاقاً جديدة للتعاون ويدعم جهود التحديث الحكومي في البلدين.

His Excellency Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, welcomed a government delegation from the Republic of Lebanon during a visit focused on exploring the United Arab Emirates Government’s leading practices in government modernisation and future readiness.

His Excellency emphasised that exchanging successful government experiences accelerates development and contributes to building governments that are more efficient, agile and capable of transforming challenges into opportunities that improve people’s lives.

Organised by the Government Experience Exchange Office, the visit highlighted the United Arab Emirates experience in artificial intelligence, Zero Bureaucracy, government accelerators, future foresight and smart government services, opening new avenues for cooperation and supporting government modernisation efforts in both countries.
