চাকরি হারানোর ক্ষেত্রে, UAE কর্মচারী বীমা স্কিম পেআউট শুধুমাত্র 2 জানুয়ারী, 2024 থেকে কার্যকর:

2024 সালের প্রথম দিকে ILOE পলিসিধারকদের দ্বারা জমা দেওয়া যেকোনো চাকরি হারানোর দাবি প্রত্যাখ্যান করা হবে. দুবাই: 1 জানুয়ারী চালু হওয়া UAE-এর ল্যান্ডমার্ক 'অনৈচ্ছিক কর্মসংস্থানের' প্রকল্পের অধীনে চাকরি হারানোর দাবিগুলি আসতে শুরু করেছে। কিন্তু নীতির প্রথম 12 মাস সম্পূর্ণ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত এগুলি প্রত্যাখ্যান করা অব্যাহত থাকবে। পলিসিধারীদের সংখ্যা 3.4 মিলিয়নের কাছাকাছি, এবং নতুন সাইন আপের গতি 30 জুনের শেষ তারিখের সাথে সাথে বাড়বে৷

ILOE ইন্স্যুরেন্স পুলের ম্যানেজার ডানা কানসু বলেছেন, "চাকরি হারানোর জন্য প্রথম অর্থপ্রদান কার্যকরভাবে 2 জানুয়ারী, 2024 থেকে শুরু হবে - ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত সমস্ত জমা দেওয়া হবে না।"
বিতরণ দুই সেট
যে ব্যক্তিদের প্রাথমিক বেতন 16,000 বা তার কম, চাকরির অবসান ঘটলে, তিনি 3 মাস পর্যন্ত ডিএইচ 10,000 পর্যন্ত পাবেন। এই নীতিতে প্রতি মাসে Dh5 হবে। D16,000-এর বেশি বেসিক বেতনে, একই 3-মাসের মেয়াদের জন্য চাকরি হারানোর জন্য পেআউট D20,000 পর্যন্ত হবে।
