# Important Announcement #

It has come to the notice of the Embassy that several print and electronic media in Bangladesh have recently published news items related to imposition of ban on the issuance of UAE visa to the Bangladeshi citizens. All of them referred “uaevisaonline.com" as their source, a website of a visa processing center.

The Embassy of Bangladesh in Abu Dhabi wishes to state that the information circulated by the said website is not correct. Authorities in the United Arab Emirates has confirmed that there was no official announcement from the relevant authorities in this regard.

Several discrepancies have been found in the website, "uaevisaonline.com". Their registrant and technical contacts are UK based, but registrar is USA based. While the address of the company, as shown in the website, is Dubai, the company's telephone number is Indian. More interestingly, the address shown in the website does not exist in Dubai. The Embassy has gone through some of the public reviews about the visa processing center which reveals that the company itself is not trustworthy. It has reputation of being scammer.

Bangladeshis living in Bangladesh and United Arab Emirates are advised to not get confused by such baseless publication. The Embassy of Bangladesh in Abu Dhabi expects everyone to be more careful while publishing/sharing news or information.
