Prof. Naveed Yasin, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Management and Director of ADSM Management Incubator (ADMI), has had his latest research accepted for publication in the International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour & Research.

Co-authored with Dr Ghulam Nabi of Manchester Metropolitan University, the study explores how culturally grounded entrepreneurial knowledge can contribute to more inclusive and contextually relevant entrepreneurship education in the UAE.

The journal is ranked CABS 3, ABDC A and Scopus Q1, further strengthening ADSM’s growing international research profile.

احتفلت كلية أبوظبي للإدارة بـيوم المرأة الإماراتية، بحضور ضيفة الشرف سعادة الدكتوره فريدة الحوسني، المدير التنفيذي لقطاع الأمراض المُعدية في مركز أبوظبي للصحة العامة (GLIDE).

كما شهدت الفعالية حضور الدكتور طيب كمالي، رئيس مجلس الأمناء، والدكتور مارك بولين رئيس كلية أبوظبي للإدارة، إلى جانب أعضاء الهيئة الأكاديمية والإدارية والطلبة.

Innovation becomes more meaningful when academia and industry move closer together.

It was a pleasure visiting the Schneider Electric NEST Innovation Hub in Dubai alongside Dr. Marc Poulin, President of Abu Dhabi School of Management.

Warmly hosted by Mr. Samer Costantini, Director of Government Affairs, we had the opportunity to engage with Farrukh Shad, SVP and Head of Sustainability Business, Karim Sharf, and the wider Schneider Electric team on opportunities to strengthen collaboration between industry and academia.

The discussions explored sustainability, AI, smart buildings and intelligent infrastructure, as well as potential areas of collaboration through knowledge exchange, executive education and joint initiatives.

Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) congratulates Prof. Naveed Yasin on his latest research published in the Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies, a Scopus Q1 journal.

Titled “Ready to go digital? How digital entrepreneurial education shapes entrepreneurial inclination through orientation and alertness,” the study explores how digital entrepreneurship education can strengthen students’ entrepreneurial orientation, alertness, and readiness for digital venturing.

This achievement reflects ADSM’s commitment to high-quality, internationally recognized research that connects entrepreneurship education with the evolving digital economy.
