في خطوة تعكس مكانتها كجهة رائدة في التحول الرقمي والابتكار، استعرضت جمارك أبوظبي مشروع «الجمارك الخفية» أمام نخبة من الخبراء وصناع القرار في القطاع الجمركي العالمي، خلال مشاركتها ممثلةً لجمارك الإمارات في ورشة عمل حول أفضل الممارسات والدروس المستفادة في مبادرات الرقمنة بدعوة من منظمة الجمارك العالمية والتي عقدت في العاصمة البلجيكية بروكسل بمشاركة أكثر من 26 دولة وعدد من الإدارات الجمركية والمنظمات الدولية المتخصصة.

هذه المشاركة تؤكد حرصنا الدائم على دعم جهود التحول الرقمي والابتكار في الخدمات لتعزيز انسيابية حركة التجارة العالمية ورفع كفاءة العمليات الجمركية.



Reflecting its position as a leader in digital transformation and innovation, Abu Dhabi Customs showcased its “Invisible Customs” project to a distinguished group of experts and decision-makers from the global customs community.
The presentation took place during Abu Dhabi Customs’ participation, representing UAE Customs, in a workshop on best practices and lessons learned from digitalisation initiatives. Held in Brussels, Belgium, at the invitation of the World Customs Organization (WCO), the workshop brought together representatives from more than 26 countries, customs administrations, and specialised international organisations.

This participation reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing digital transformation and service innovation, supporting the seamless movement of global trade and enhancing the efficiency of customs operations.

لعب التحول الرقمي دوراً محورياً في تسريع وتيرة العمليات اللوجستية في أبوظبي.

السيد حمد النهدي، مدير إدارة العمليات في نواتوم للخدمات اللوجستية، مجموعة موانئ أبوظبي أكد أن الأنظمة الجمركية المتقدمة التي تقدمها جمارك أبوظبي أسهمت في تسهيل إنجاز المعاملات الجمركية وتقليل زمن الانتظار في المنافذ وخفض التكاليف الإدارية وضمان استمرارية تدفق الشحنات، مما منح الشركات اللوجستية القدرة على إدارة عملياتها بكفاءة مالية وتشغيلية عالية.



Digital transformation has played a crucial role in speeding up logistics operations across Abu Dhabi.

Mr Hamad Al Nahdi, Director of Operations at Noatum Logistics, AD Ports Group highlighted that Abu Dhabi Customs’ advanced digital customs services have streamlined customs procedures, cut waiting times at border crossings, reduced administrative costs, and ensured the seamless flow of cargo. These advancements have enabled logistics firms to run their operations with greater financial and operational efficiency.

نحو منظومة أكثر تكاملاً وأماناً لإدارة وتنظيم تداول المواد الخطرة، وقّعت جمارك أبوظبي ومركز أبوظبي لإدارة المواد الخطرة مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز التعاون والتنسيق المؤسسي، بما يدعم الأمن والسلامة العامة، ويرسخ مبادئ الاستدامة، ويعزز كفاءة الرقابة وتبادل المعلومات وفق أفضل الممارسات العالمية.

خطوة جديدة نحو مستقبل أكثر أماناً واستدامة في إمارة أبوظبي.



Towards a more integrated and secure system for managing and regulating hazardous materials handling, Abu Dhabi Customs and the Abu Dhabi Hazardous Materials Management Center (ADHMMC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen coordination and institutional integration. The collaboration supports public safety and security, promotes environmental sustainability, enhances regulatory efficiency, and strengthens information exchange in line with internationally recognized best practices.

A new step towards a safer and more sustainable future for the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
