This is to inform all South Sudanese who resides in UAE , that the fedral athuthority of identity and citizenship , customs and ports security (ICP), has announced the start of grace period for violatiors .
Effective from September 1, 2024, for a period of two months, all individuals who have violated residency laws will be exempt from financial penalties. This grace period allows you to either correct your legal status easily or leave the country without facing any fines.

We encourage you to take prompt action within this timeframe to avoid future penalties and to make the most of this opportunity to resolve your legal status in the UAE.

Irish Ambassador H.E. Alison Milton Visits South Sudan Embassy in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi, Wednesday, 19th July 2023 - The Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in the United Arab Emirates welcomed a distinguished guest today as Her Excellency Alison Milton, the Irish Ambassador to the UAE, paid a visit to strengthen bilateral ties between Ireland and South Sudan. The encounter between H.E. Alison Milton and H.E. Garang Garang Diing, the South Sudanese Ambassador, marked a significant step towards fostering cooperation and mutual understanding between the two nations.

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Hon Deng Dau meets with H.H Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan to enhance bilateral ties.

On April 10, 2023, the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of South Sudan, Hon Deng Dau, met with H.H Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyān, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the United Arab Emirates, to review and discuss bilateral relations between the two countries. The meeting, which took place in Abu Dhabi, focused on ways to enhance cooperation in various fields, including economic, trade, investment, and cultural exchange. The two sides also discussed regional and international issues of mutual concern. The meeting came as part of South Sudan's efforts to strengthen its relations with the UAE and other countries in the region.
