मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरणको ढाँचा संशोधन सम्बन्धी सूचना ।
नेपाल सरकार, युवा, श्रम तथा रोजगार मन्त्रालयको मिति २०८३।०४।१३ को निर्णयानुसार मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरण गर्दा नेपाली श्रमिकले गर्नुपर्ने कामको विस्तृत विवरण (Job Description) तथा कार्यस्थलको प्रकृति (Working Environment Indoor, Outdoor र कार्य-समय (Working Hour) समेत स्पष्ट रूपमा खुलाउनुपर्ने उल्लेख भइ आएको छ। सोही बमोजिम श्रमिकको पद, कामको विवरण तथा कार्यस्थलको प्रकृति, कार्य-समय र अन्य आवश्यक विवरण समावेश हुने गरी श्रमिक मागपत्रको ढाँचा संशोधन गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
तसर्थ, मिति २०८३।०६।१५ गते (October 1, 2026) बाट श्रमिक मागपत्र प्रमाणीकरणका लागि आवेदन गर्दा संशोधित मागपत्रको ढाँचा अनिवार्य रुपमा प्रयोग गरी, सम्बन्धित श्रमिकले गर्ने कामको स्पष्ट विवरण तथा कार्यस्थलको प्रकृति र कार्य समय (Indoor/Outdoor/Both including Working Hour) उल्लेख गरी अनलाइन प्रणाली मार्फत आवेदन दिनुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैलाई सूचित गरिन्छ।
शंसोधित ढाँचामा आवश्यक विवरण पूर्ण रूपमा नभरिएको अवस्थाको मागपत्र पुनः सच्याउन फिर्ता गरिनेछ ।

Notice Regarding the Revision of Demand Attestation Template:
In accordance with the decision dated 2083/04/13 BS (July 29, 2026) of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Youth, Labour and Employment, it has been stated that when verifying/authenticating labor demand letters, a detailed job description of the work to be performed by the Nepali worker, as well as the nature of the workplace (Working Environment - Indoor, Outdoor, or Both) and working hours must be clearly specified. Accordingly, all concerned are hereby informed that the format of the labor demand letter has been revised to include the worker's position, job description, nature of the workplace, working hours, and other necessary details.
Therefore, it is notified that, effective from 2083/06/15 BS (October 1, 2026), all the Companies and Agencies applying for the Approval of labor demand letters must mandatorily use the revised format. Applications must be submitted through the online system with a clear description of the work to be performed by the concerned worker, along with the nature of the workplace and working hours (Indoor/Outdoor/Both). Demand letter submitted without complying with the revised format will not be accepted.
