The Public Service Commission participated in commemorating World Environment Day, held at Mukuvisi Woodlands, Harare, today.

The event was graced by Honourable T. Machakaire, Minister of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training and in attendance was the Deputy Chief Secretary Rev. P. B. Damasane and Mrs G. Denhere, both from the Office of the President and Cabinet.

The event served as a reminder that the Earth is not ours to use up, but ours to care for. Every small action matters. Cutting down on plastic, recycling, using biodegradable materials, planting trees, saving water and choosing to walk instead of drive are choices that add up to cleaner air, healthier water, and a safer future for the next generation.

Let us all play our part in protecting the environment today, for a better tomorrow.
