We serve 21 million Zambians and every citizen brings something important to the table.

Maggie Sapatu walked all the way from Mwinilunga to bring us village chicken and Jeremiah Tembo cycled from Lusangazi to attend our inauguration. Today we sat and ate together, as fellow citizens.

The best is yet to come.

Exploitation is not an investment, Zambia should stand and defend its resources from those who become exploiters and not investors!

Nigeria paid off its IMF debt through its natural resources and today they are free from the colonial masters string!

Niger stood up to cut all colonial exploiters from their mines to save the sovereignty of Niger and it's people. We are all seeing the results!

Burkina Faso completely cut ties with exploiters, a country that was almost in ruin, is now the number one on the African map! Colonial masters are calling the Africa awake approach as dictatorship! How can dictatorship transform the country's economy and give it's people what they deserve?

In the Southern Africa, Namibia put its foot down on its minerals!

Botswana did the same!

Congo has refused to be exploited.

Why are we allowing this in our country Zambia?

We embrace investment yes but at what rate?
What impact are these heavy moving equipment leaving behind our mines?

This is not an investment, this is abuse. I wonder what our policy makers do when they see such earth moving equipment being ferried in our mining areas.

Zambia is now the only country in the world with the biggest dump trucks. This is not investment but exploitation!

Mining giants are investing billions of dollars in state of art machinery to mine out millions of tons of resources within the shortest period of time.

If we compare what is being mined and what is being paid to the government one would cry!

When are we waking up to this reality? This is what west African countries have refused!

We need to hold these investors accountable!

Fire all Civil servants who participated in partisan politics and sabotaged UPND efforts!

You can't bite a hand that feeds you!

Dear President Hakainde Hichilema

Those you care for showed you their true colours including those you appointed and gave job opportunities through UPND as a party.

Failing to fire them will make people say that you work with partiality. It is on record you got rid of those who did not support bill 7
Namely;
1. Hon. Elias Mubanga
2. Hon. Elijah Muchima
3. Hon. Garry Nkombo
4. Hon. Newton Samakayi

Sir these were fired on the pretext of not voting for a bill that is meant to benefit the Zambian people. In a layman's stand point these leaders despite receiving support from the government, chose to go against the government they belong to. They had to bite a finger that fed them.

In the just ended general elections, people you have given jobs Sir worked with opposition this is clear sabotage, indiscipline and lack of appreciation. Some worked tirelessly to make sure those you gave adoption at a party ticket not to go through.

These are people who are enjoying government salaries and allowances without experience from any past employment but because they pretended to be loyal members and you rewarded them with jobs.

Ungrateful hearts Sir will never appreciate no matter what you do for them. While you plan to better the life of every Zambian, they were planning your downfall because they are parasites who ride on fertile grounds.

They saw potential in opposition and worked around the clock to frustrate you getting more votes. They campaigned for the opposition why should you keep them around?

You defeated opposition with loyal ones meaning they also lost with opposition. Clean up the system Sir!

Your government Sir has specialized personnel who have information about each person who participated in partisan politics. Some of your trusted PS who cannot even explain any government undertaking were busy planning to frustrate and embarrass UPND.

Civil servants Sir who are benefiting from government salaries also participated in sabotaging your efforts!

These are workers with children and parents who are benefiting from;

1. Free education
2. School feeding Program
3. Student bursaries
4. Meal allowances
5. Imisepela grants and loans
6. Social cash transfer for their aged parents
7. Farmer Input Support Program (FISP)
8. Massive recruitment across all sectors

Mr. President feel pity for people who feel pity for you. Being a leader you must not be abused. Imagine if those ungrateful people outnumbered the loyal Zambians by now you could have lost an election. What was going to happen to the people who benefit from your good governance and policies?

Please Sir crack a wipe from within before extending it to a common civil servant. Start by getting rid of controlling officers! Zambia is not short of human capital. Your government Sir has a backlog of appreciative competent human capital who are just languishing in abject poverty because these moes you gave opportunities keep salvaging every little opportunity that comes by.

Those who should be called to your leadership must come with clean hands! That is what equity demands Sir!

Firing people doesn't mean you hate them, you are just doing the right thing to prevent future unforeseen ungratefulness!

Leadership is not about how much you put make up and lipstick!

Leadership is about meeting people at their end point! Public service requires boldness and not greediness!

People who are called to serve require a track record of success in community development programs!

The United Party for National Development UPND is not short of such people.

We have people who have been loyal and dedicated to the party who have not benefitted anything, these are personnel with proved competence and expat.

As the Province considers those who should be appointed to run as nominated MPs, Councillors and Provincial Ministers/PS.

One thing that should come to mind is that family names are not a qualification!

Making noise is not a qualification!

Proved competence, experience and expat coupled with strong academic and professional acquisition is key in the selection.

We need people with the knowledge and understanding of the real-time world to drive developmental agendas the province needs!

We don't want appointments based on past family glory we are not paying back debt we are simply putting the province at risk!

We don't owe some families anything that should allow us to trade development agenda with incompetence!
