Rodney Malindi Sikumba is Minister Of Tourism and Member of Parliament for Livingstone Central Constituency (under the United Party for National Development). Rodney Sikumba has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Zambia and a Masters in Business Administration – Strategy and International Business from Hult International Business School (USA). Sikumba is also trained in Diplomatic Practice

Protocol and Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Diplomacy and International studies. Career
After graduating from the University of Zambia, he joined Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia Plc, as a graduate trainee. In 2006, Sikumba joined Celtel Zambia Plc (now Airtel) as a Corporate Sales Executive. After completing his master's degree in the United States, Sikumba returned to Zambia and was appointed Head of Customer Experience for Airtel Zambia. In 2014, he was headhunted to lead Zamtel's Enterprise Department. In 2017, Sikumba established the Hult Investments Group of Companies (HIGC) whose portfolio includes; Hult Ice, Hult Apartments, Hult Travel & Tours Limited (HTTL) and Hult Commodities. Politics
Sikumba joined UPND in 2001, the same year that his father was earmarked to stand as the party's first MP in Livingstone. In 2021, he stood for election as a UPND candidate for the first time and won. Positions Held

• Board Member – Destination Livingstone.

Western Province, thank you!

We have concluded two fruitful days of community engagements across eight (8) districts and eleven (11) constituencies. Everywhere we went, the message from our people was clear, we must protect the progress we have made and keep Zambia moving forward.

On behalf of President Hakainde Hichilema and the UPND family, I sincerely thank every traditional leader, church leader, youth, women, marketeer, farmer, and resident who took time to engage with us. Your confidence in our shared vision inspires us to work even harder.

Our call remains simple:

• Vote for President Hakainde Hichilema and all UPND adopted candidates.
• Take our message into every home, every market, every village, and every polling station.
• Let us reject regression and continue on the path of peace, unity, economic growth, and development.
• Together, we must protect the gains we have made and complete the work we started for the benefit of every Zambian.
• And to the people of Western Province; your call for an International Airport in Mongu has been heard. It is a vital project that will unlock opportunities for investment, tourism, trade, and jobs in the region.

The journey continues because our commitment to serving the people never stops.
