Another Great Week at Africa Hunt Lodge! 🇿🇦

We have 7 safari guests in camp this week, joining us from Texas, Georgia, and all the way from China, staying at both Kudu Valley Safari Lodge and Witklip Lodge.

It’s a great mix of r***e and archery hunters, and they’ve been making some incredible memories!

From Giant Nyala and Big Impala to Sable, Nile Crocodile, Blue Wildebeest, Gemsbok, Kudu, Baboon and more, it’s been an action-packed week in the African bush....Here are just a few of the hunting photos of the week.

🏹 Our bowhunters have been especially busy from the pit blinds at Kudu Valley. These blinds are large enough to comfortably move around and get positioned for the right shot, and 6 of our pit blinds even have their own private restroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin!

Load up a cooler with food and drinks and you can comfortably spend the entire day watching African wildlife come and go from the waterhole while waiting for that perfect opportunity.

Whether your dream safari involves a bow, r***e, or a little of both, we can build the hunt around you.

We’re excited to introduce an entirely new excursion for our 2027 Africa Hunt Lodge season!

After finishing your hunting safari in South Africa, trade the r***e for a fishing rod and join us in Henties Bay, Namibia for 3 full days of shore fishing along the incredible Namibian coastline.

Our 3-Day / 4-Night Namibia Shore Fishing Adventure includes accommodations at our Henties Bay house, meals, fishing licenses, rods and gear, bait, experienced local fishing guides, airport transfers from Walvis Bay, and transportation up and down the coast each day.

Another Great Two Weeks in Africa! 🇿🇦

We’ve wrapped up another couple of fantastic weeks at Africa Hunt Lodge & Kudu Valley Safari Lodge, hosting several wonderful groups of hunters, families, and photo safari guests.

From successful days in the hunting field and incredible wildlife sightings on photo safaris, to beautiful African sunsets and quality time together as families, these past couple of weeks are a great reminder of what an African safari is really all about.
It’s not just the animals you hunt or photograph, yet it is the people you share the experience with, the friendships made around the fire, and the memories you take home with you.

We’re very thankful to everyone who chose to spend their African adventure with us. Once again, our guests headed home happy, and we’re already looking forward to welcoming many of them back to South Africa in the future!

Another incredible week of safari adventures is wrapping up at Africa Hunt Lodge! 🇿🇦

This week we had the pleasure of hosting a couple at Witklip Lodge and two families at Kudu Valley Safari Lodge, and what a week it has been!

One of the things we love most about an African safari is that everyone can have their own adventure. While our hunters spent their days pursuing some beautiful African trophies, our observers were out experiencing everything South Africa has to offer.

A Safari is About More Than the Trophy… It's About the Memories. 🇿🇦

We had the pleasure of welcoming Laird and his son to Kudu Valley Safari Lodge this week for a quick father-and-son hunting adventure, and what a fantastic few days it turned out to be!

Guided by Professional Hunter Sweiss, the two enjoyed quality time together in the South African bush, harvesting several beautiful plains game trophies and spending a memorable morning bird hunting. From exciting stalks to shared laughs around the lodge, it was the kind of trip that reminds us why we love what we do.

There’s something special about sharing a hunt across generations. The trophies will always serve as a reminder of the adventure, but it's the time spent together, the stories shared, and the memories made that truly last a lifetime.

Thank you, Laird, for choosing Africa Hunt Lodge and Kudu Valley Safari Lodge. It was an honor to host you both, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another African adventure!

Congratulations to Terry on harvesting this magnificent 50-inch Sable Bull during his safari this week with Africa Hunt Lodge!

The Warthogs Are in Trouble This Week at Africa Hunt Lodge!

Our latest group of hunters from Oklahoma has been having an incredible week in the South African Bushveld, and the Warthogs have certainly been keeping our Professional Hunters busy!

Some serious trophy boars have come out of the bush this week, with impressive tusks, mature old warriors, and plenty of exciting stalks that made every harvest well-earned. These are the kinds of Warthogs every hunter dreams about finding.

At Africa Hunt Lodge, we pride ourselves on providing quality hunting opportunities, ethical fair chase experiences, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

Whether you're after a trophy Kudu, Cape Buffalo, or one of these incredible old Warthog boars, there's nothing quite like hunting the jewel of South Africa.
