The EFF Sub-Regional leadership continues to serve the community.

Sub-Regional Chairperson Mandilakhe Matsolo and Sub-Regional Secretary Andisiwe Ngonyama, accompanied by the SRCT leadership fighter Namhla Mfazwe and fighter Phindiwe Mtshini, donated sanitary towels to learners at Spring Groove High School in Tendergate.

This initiative aims to support young women and ensure that no learner misses school due to lack of basic sanitary products. The leadership remains committed to restoring dignity and supporting education within our communities.

The Economic Freedom Fighters Enoch Mgijima Sub-Region unequivocally distances itself from the actions of certain members who reportedly visited a medical practitioner currently accused of r**e.

As an organisation, the EFF takes issues of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) with the utmost seriousness. The fight against GBV remains a central pillar of our struggle for justice, dignity, and the protection of women and vulnerable members of society. Any conduct that undermines this commitment is viewed in a very serious light.

The Sub-Region wishes to make it clear that the actions of the individuals involved were not sanctioned by the organisation and do not reflect the values, principles, or standing resolutions of the EFF.

We remain steadfast in supporting victims of GBV and in upholding accountability at all levels of society.

All members implicated in this matter will be subjected to internal organisational processes in line with the EFF Constitution and disciplinary code. The organisation will not hesitate to take appropriate action where necessary.

The EFF Enoch Mgijima Sub-Region reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the fight against GBV and calls on all members and the broader community to act responsibly and in defence of justice.

The Economic Freedom Fighters Enoch Mgijima Sub-region proudly celebrates the birthday of our Commander-in-Chief and President, Julius Sello Malema. On this special day we extend our revolutionary greetings and heartfelt wishes to a leader who has dedicated his life to the struggle for economic freedom and the total emancipation of the African majority.

President Malema has consistently stood at the forefront of the fight for land expropriation without compensation, boldly advancing the historic demand that the land be returned to its rightful owners.

Under his leadership, the call for the nationalisation of key sectors of the economy has remained firm, ensuring that South Africa’s wealth benefits its people rather than a privileged few. He has fearlessly used every platform available, including Parliament and community engagements, to hold those in power accountable, exposing corruption and defending the constitutional rights of the poor and marginalised.

His leadership has inspired a generation of young people to take their place in the political arena, proving that fearless, radical and disciplined activism can shift the national conversation. Through his unwavering commitment to Pan-Africanism, he has strengthened solidarity across the continent and reaffirmed the vision of a united, self-reliant Africa. The growth and consolidation of the EFF as a decisive force in South African politics stand as a testament to his resilience, strategic clarity and revolutionary courage.
