In Re: Incident at Jolly Dolphins

Our brief statement dated and distributed the 31st of December 2025 refers.

It is has come to our attention and same which has been confirmed, that the Hell's Angel's were not in any way involved in the unfortunate and unacceptable incident that took place at Jolly Dolphin's on the 26th of December 2025 and therefore we wish to rectify our statement by placing on record that no member of the HA were present or involved and that they bear absolutely no knowledge of the threats made by the other Clubs, which threats included the misuse of the HA name.

We also wish to confirm that the investigation is still ongoing, and that we have been in contact with the owner of the venue and that the misbehaved female person in the video's is NOT a member of our Club or in any way affiliated with our Club or it's members.

We will put forward a detailed response once all the investigations have been finalized, and again, we as a Club do not condone such behavior.

RE: INCIDENT AT JOLLY DOLPHINS 26 DECEMBER 2025 INVOLVING THE MAC'S / CRUSADERS/ PATRIOTS / ROCKY WAINSTEIN / HELL'S ANGEL'S AND VARIOUS OTHER ALTERCATION

It is regrettable that the situation, once again, turned into one of violence.

We shall not at this stage attend to every allegation made by the Crusaders / Patriots and our decision not to do so at this time should not be considered as an admission thereof but rather a categorical denial. We reserve
our rights to answer thereto at a later stage and in the correct forum.

We do, however, wish to confirm that the Mac's did not at any stage provoke any member of the involved Clubs, which fact is evident from the video footage which has been distributed on most social media platforms. The attempts to fabricate a different version is shameful to say the least.

From the recent incident at Jolly Dolphin it seems that the targeted assaults on our Members are increasing and proving to increase in violence without regard for public safety and that of other parties. This is unacceptable and we as a club do not condone such acts.

We reserve our rights to put forward a more detailed response once all investigations have been finalized, however, in the interim, we implore the parties responsible for such incidents and targeted attacks to cease and refrain from their actions as it places the biking community in disrepute.

We reserve our rights in totality.
