Second location: We are at Sammy Marks Strategic Development.

The visit provided an opportunity to gain a first-hand understanding of the development, assess its current implementation progress and identify key infrastructure and planning considerations.

The Sammy Marks development spans approximately 681 hectares, with about 260 hectares considered developable due to flood-line, environmental and heritage constraints. The integrated development has the potential to contribute significantly to housing delivery, integrated human settlements, economic development and the expansion of strategic urban nodes in Tshwane.

We remain committed to unlocking strategic developments that respond to the City's housing needs and contribute to sustainable growth.
