Appointment of Acting Manager and Political instability

The Nongoma town branch welcomes the MEC decision to appoint Mr. MB Mnguni as the acting manger of the troubled Nongoma local municipality. This was after the incompetence money looters collusion of the NFP, ANC and EFF appointed a corrupt manager despite the MEC advising the council of the fact that Mr. Zulu is not suitable and was in question for work done in another municipality.
Mr. Mnguni is a seasoned experienced administrator whom has managed the affairs of the municipality before, triumphing on a number of issues including buying new fleet instead of renting.
We welcome the arrest of the Mayor, deputy mayor and speaker and call for law enforcement to ensure that they adhere to their bail conditions and return all assets of the municipality. We call for political stability on our municipality and for the IFP to return to office as is the only party that doesn’t loot state funds.
