Moloto Active Youth Organisation Moloto Active Youth Organisation (MAYO) is a community-driven non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people in Moloto and surrounding areas.

We create opportunities for youth to grow through education, skills development, leadership, sports, arts, culture, and active citizenship. Ours is to inspire and equip young people to reach their full potential while contributing positively to their communities. Through partnerships, innovative programmes, and youth-led initiatives, MAYO serves as a platform where ideas are nurtured, talents are developed, and futures are built.

"The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow." – Nelson Mandela

As we observe Nelson Mandela Month under the theme "It is still in our hands to combat poverty and inequality," the MAYO NYS Phase 5 Team recently took part in a community development exercise where they envisioned their dream community.

Their vision included a drug-free, HIV/AIDS-free, and crime-free Moloto, with better service delivery, libraries, sports facilities, and opportunities for all.

The youth of Moloto are dreamers with a purpose. Now it's time to turn those dreams into reality through service, leadership, and collective action.

Yesterday, as Moloto Active Youth Organisation, we dedicated our Mandela 67 Minutes to service at the clinic ❤️.We came together to donate clothes to expecting mothers👩‍🍼who are preparing to welcome new life into the world.

In just 67 minutes, we packed, sorted, and handed over love, dignity, and support to women who need it most.This is how we choose to honor Madiba’s legacy. Not just with words, but with acts of kindness and care. Because Mandela Day is not only about one day. It’s about the spirit of ubuntu that should live in us every day😘.

We are Moloto Active Youth. We serve. We care. We rise together.
