High Court to hear EFF case on finance minister’s fuel levy powers.

This is the only party that represents the working-class (Worker's and the poor), the increase on fuel levy it has far implications for working-class.

What will be the bad implications for such increase

1. Transportation will increase & Food will increase,
2. Many companies will close down & unemployment will increase.

EFF approach to court is to save all The above, last week stats shows that unemployment has been increased, in the 1st quarter of 2026....

It is the same EFF that took Parliament to court to halt the Vat increase, wish it save many of working-class from this increase...

EFF it is really take care of our society and it used all strategies and tactics to stop GNU to deepen our problems...

I just finished watching 5 hour Podcast where Malema was interviewed, Malema basically said SA’s immigration problem is not solved by hating foreigners 😅💯 he said govt failed 2 control borders, failed 2 enforce labour laws & failed 2 protect South African workers… now poor black ppl are fighting each other while politicians watch from airconditioned offices 🚩 he said businesses hire undocumented foreigners cheaply while millions of South Africans sit unemployed, bt instead of fixing tht, politicians allow citizens 2 blame each other 😬 according 2 him, if govt was serious they would hire inspectors, check workplaces, enforce immigration laws properly & punish exploitation instead of allowing chaos. He also warned against xenophobia & tribalism, saying Africans fighting Africans benefits corrupt elites while real issues like corruption, unemployment & weak leadership remain untouched 👀🔥

They even took pictures and videos of themselves committing crime of burning police vehicles and magistrate court.

Julius Malema is under fire because of shooting bullet in the air. He didn't damage even a single thing. But he has been in court for 7 years. This case is not about crime. It is about silencing Julius Malema and the EFF.

High Court will dismiss this matter.
