Bro, being from the same hood doesn’t make someone less capable.

That person might have the vision to manage your career. They might know people who can open doors for you. They might have the skills to help you reach levels you’ve never imagined.

Don’t let pride, jealousy, or unnecessary competition destroy potential partnerships.

We need to learn to say:
“I see what you can do. Let’s work together and see how far we can go.”
