[WATCH | Divisional Head - CRM Operations, Mr. Vusi Mbede, outlines the progress currently underway to address and rebuild the burnt Rabasotho Customer Care Centre in Thembisa.
The update was delivered during a productive breakfast roundtable discussion hosted by the Whip of Council, Ald. Pelisa Nkunjana, with Customer Care Centre (CCC) Managers from across the City at the OR Tambo Government Precinct - Banquet Hall in Germiston.
The engagement focused on service delivery challenges, operational matters, and strengthening the City's response to community concerns. Participants shared practical experiences and recommendations aimed at improving efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction across all customer care centres.
