To develop a desired future for a stable prosperous Clanwilliam that is economically viable for all its residents. Everyone is pointing to someone else, to find the source of the problem of rapid urban sprawl. It is however a COMPLEX SYSTEMIC problem which is going to take
an INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENTAL APPROACH and MULTI-STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATIVE effort to solve. Benefits for Community:
