For our team, service delivery and community care aren't just empty promises; they are our daily purpose. Whether it is dedicating our 67 minutes to uplifting our shared spaces, engaging with our residents, or bringing vital support to those who need it most, our activists show up with unmatched diligence. We believe in building a City of Hope through visible, proactive leadership on the ground.

As South Africa prepares for the Voter Registration Weekend on 20 and 21 June ahead of the 2026 Local Government Elections, I had the privilege of leading a training session today for our Democratic Alliance activists to ensure that we are fully prepared for the important work ahead.

It was inspiring to see the commitment, enthusiasm, and dedication of our DA activists as we equipped ourselves to assist residents with voter registration and updating their registration details.

Our teams are ready, motivated, and eager to engage with communities this weekend to help strengthen our democracy and ensure that every eligible voter has the opportunity to participate in shaping the future of their community.

A sincere thank you to all our DA activists for your hard work, commitment, and willingness to serve. Your efforts on the ground make a real difference, and I am proud to work alongside such a dedicated team.

Together, we will continue to build stronger communities and keep delivering good governance where it matters most.
