Greetings everyone. The Volunteer ranger programme was set to start at the end of January, but due to the spike in positive Covid-19 cases, the programme has been postponed indefinitely.

SanParks has not made an official announcement. We the Volunteer rangers respect that and will wait until they make an official announcement before we head to the mountains.

There’s a market for hiking-specific clothing and with good reason. Modern technology affords us the luxury of strong, lightweight and wicking materials.

In light of the Pandemic with the Covid 19 virus. The Volunteers Rangers have decided to halt or suspend all its activities and programme until further notice.
