**President**: The President is both the Head of State and Head of Government, leading the executive branch. Elected by the National Assembly, the President appoints the Deputy President, Ministers, and Deputy Ministers, assigning their powers and functions.

**Deputy President**: Appointed by the President, the Deputy President assists in executing government functions and acts on behalf of the President when required.

**Ministers**: Ministers head specific government departments (e.g., Health, Education) and are responsible for implementing policies and managing their departments. They are appointed by the President.

**Deputy Ministers**: Deputy Ministers assist Ministers in their duties but are not part of the Cabinet. They help ensure policies are effectively implemented.

**Members of Parliament (MPs)**: MPs represent the public in the National Assembly, debate legislation, and hold the executive accountable. They are elected during national elections.
