Successful leaders are committed to continuous learning to stay relevant in this very dynamic business world. They expand their knowledge through reading, attending seminars, and staying informed on trends. They also seek to learn from employees, peers, and mentors.

For these leaders, learning is not just a means to an end but a lifelong passion. They understand that the world is constantly changing, and they must be willing to adapt and evolve to these changes. By embracing a culture of learning and innovation, these leaders inspire their teams to do the same, creating a dynamic and forward-thinking organization that is always one step ahead of the competition.

This makes no sense when you thread together what has been reported by authorities so far.

1. The autopsies are clear on the fact that it was rat poison that killed the kids, not some mysterious chemical
2. The snacks were tested and no harmful substances were found in them.

I have a theory about this. And I think the authorities are just trying to look like they are going something when actually they are useless. They just want to quell the noise.

My theories are that these shopowners just leave stock to expire. They sell whatever stock they have to clear their shelves, hence people suffer food poisonings.

As for the deaths, I think it is cross contamination from handling halephirimi and other food by the shop owners.

They stock and sell both in tiny spaces and there is no place to wash their hands in those shops.

This explains the reason the snacks did not indicate any poison when tested, it is because the poison is on the outside of the packet, from the said cross contamination.

The guy sells me rat poison then sells you a snack, handling both without washing his hands. You then touch the contaminated packet and the food inside to eat. As you lick your fingers, you keep licking the poison on the outside of the packet.

Also explains why the poisoning is sporadic and why not everyone who buys the same snack is affected, particularly why adults are less affected (the amount of poison that can be on the packet relative to an adult body make it less likely to kill a grown person)

That's how I deduce the facts.

PS: Halephirimi itself is an illegal mix of substances. (Which could explain this mysterious chemical they found... it is part of what they use to make the rat poison that they sell as halephirimi.)

I know this from when my niece took it last year October and the doctor at Bara consulted with us as to why they can't help people who ingest it. She explained that regulated rat poison has a known composition which can then have an antidote, whereas halephirimi is not regulated and its chemical mixture varies according to who made it... doctors can't determine which antidote to use.

Illegal rat poison and even those unregulated roach powders are very problematic.

I also foresee a risk in the booming of these homemade cleaning chemicals. These dishwashing soaps and bleach that seemingly never went through the required testing by SABS or similar authorities.

SA government is a failure all round nje. We are on a ticking time bomb.

There are no health inspectors to do regular checks on storage of items and legality of items sold by these shops. The system is complicit in these deaths. Just look at the Spar porridge saga.

Okay, you can go back to your xenophobic unhelpful outrage now, just not on my wall nor under this post.
