በኢትዮጵያ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎት ከ63 ሚሊዮን በላይ ዜጎችን ተጠቃሚ ማድረግ መቻሉ ተገለጸ፡፡

በኢትዮጵያ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎትን ተደራሽ ለማድረግ በተከናወኑ ተግባራት፣ በ2017 በጀት ዓመት ከ63 ሚሊዮን በላይ ዜጎችን የፕሮግራሙ ተጠቃሚ ማድረግ መቻሉን የኢትዮጵያ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎት አስታወቀ።
የአገልግሎቱ ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተር ወይዘሮ ያምሮት አንዱዓለም፣ ተቋሙ የጤና መድኅን ሽፋንን ለማሳደግና ተያያዥ ጉዳዮችን አስመልክቶ ማብራሪያ ሰጥተዋል፡፡
እንደ ምክትል ዋና ዳይሬክተሯ ገለጻ፣ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎት በሀገር አቀፍ ደረጃ በከፍተኛ ፍጥነት እየተስፋፋ ይገኛል። በ2017 በጀት ዓመት ብቻ በሁሉም ክልሎችና የከተማ አስተዳደሮች በሚገኙ 1,195 ወረዳዎች ላይ ፕሮግራሙን መተግበር ተችሏል። በዚህም ከ63 ሚሊዮን በላይ ዜጎች የአገልግሎቱ ተጠቃሚ ሆነዋል።ይህ አኃዝ አገልግሎቱ አነስተኛ ገቢ ያላቸውንና አርሶ አደሩን ጨምሮ ሰፊውን የኅብረተሰብ ክፍል ያካተተ መሆኑን ያሳያል።
አሁንም የአገልግሎቱ ተጠቃሚ ያልሆኑ ዜጎችን ወደ ስርዓቱ ለማስገባት ተቋሙ ትኩረት ሰጥቶ እየሰራ መሆኑን ወይዘሮ ያምሮት ጠቁመዋል። ለዚህም የግንዛቤ ማስጨበጫ ሥራዎችን በስፋት ማከናወን፣ የአገልግሎት አሰጣጥ ጥራትን በማሻሻል ዜጎች እንዲመዘገቡ ማበረታታትና የአሰራር ሥርዓቶችን በማዘመን ተደራሽነትን ማመቻቸት የሚሉ ነጥቦች በዋናነት እየተተገበሩ ይገኛሉ።
ኢትዮጵያ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎትን የጀመረችበት ጊዜ አጭር ቢሆንም፣ እያስመዘገበች ያለው የሽፋን ዕድገት ከሌሎች የአፍሪካ ሀገራት ተሞክሮ ጋር ሲነፃፀር የሚበረታታ መሆኑ ተገልጿል። በተለይም የማኅበረሰብ አቀፍ የጤና መድኅን (CBHI) በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ በሚሊዮን የሚቆጠሩ ዜጎችን ማቀፍ መቻሉ፣ ሀገሪቱ ለጤናው ዘርፍ የሰጠችውን ትኩረት የሚያሳይ መሆኑ ተመልክቷል።
ይህ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎት ዜጎች በድንገተኛ ሕመም ወቅት ለከፍተኛ ወጪ ሳይጋለጡ ጥራት ያለው ሕክምና እንዲያገኙ ለማስቻል ታስቦ የተዘረጋ ሥርዓት በመሆኑ መክፈል የማይችሉ 17 ሚሊየን ዜጎች በመንግስት ድጎማ እየተሸፈለነላቸው መሆኑም ተገልጿል፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ የጤና መድኅን አገልግሎት የጤናውን ዘርፍ የመንግስት ሰራተኞች እና ቤተሰቦቻቸውን ተጠቃሚ የሚያደርገው የማህበራዊ ጤና መድኅን ስርዓት መጀመሩን የገለጹት ወይዘሮ ያምሮት በቀጣይ ሁሉም በመደበኛ ክፍለ ኢኮኖሚ የሚተዳደረው ሊካተት እንደሚችል ጠቁመዋል፡፡
