Community Learning MK are running a free, nationally funded map introductory skills course on Saturday 13 June, 10am – 4pm for anyone aged 19 and above. You’ll learn to use an ordnance survey map to plan a countryside walk plus footpaths and rights of way, followed by a two hour walk near Woburn. Email [email protected] to book.

A wonderful day in Woburn Sands as we celebrated the official opening of the brand new Willen Hospice Shops ! 🎉

The event was attended by the Mayor and local town councillors, marking a proud moment for the community. The ribbon was cut by the shop’s volunteers—recognising their dedication and the vital role they play.

The shop itself looks fantastic, with a beautiful new layout and a fresh, welcoming fit that makes it a pleasure to visit. It’s a bright, thoughtfully designed space that perfectly reflects the warmth and care at the heart of Willen Hospice.
