The AFS must be Stamped Received by the BIR or any affiliated Bank. If the AFS was filed online or through the Electronic Audited Financial Statements (eAFS), the email confirmation from BIR with the subject โYour BIR AFS eSubmission uploads were receivedโ together with the Payment Receipt must also be uploaded.
โข ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ (GIS) which must reflect ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น ๐ข๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป and be duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), if applicable. For One Person Corporations (OPCs), the SEC Registration Certificate may be uploaded in lieu of the GIS with Beneficial Ownership Information submission.

Scan the required eligibility documents completely, properly and make sure that the details are clear and readable. ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐ป๐ด ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฟ๐ in the Platinum Certificate Page 3 โAnnex Aโ as compared to the submission ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฏ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ผ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฎ๐น.
๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฝ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ shall result in the ๐ฎ๐๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป of the Certificate of Platinum Registration and Membership until such time when all of the expired eligibility documents have been updated.
Finally, to ensure continuity of the Platinum Membership, bidders may ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐น๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐น of the Certificate of Platinum Registration and Membership sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the current certificate.
