The Education Development Services (EDS) is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Provincial Scholarship Program under the ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ for Academic Year 2026โ2027.
The scholarship is ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ฌ๐ญโ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ who aspire to complete their studies with the support of the province.

1. Application letter addressed to Hon. Santiago B. Cane, Jr. with signature of applicant
2. Application form (version 2026) duly filled out with one (1) 2x2 photo and pictures of all sides of the applicantโs permanent residence

3. Barangay certificate of residency indicating the number of years of residency (photocopy)
4. Certificate of Indigency with proof of income (photocopy)
Proof of income could be:
โข Annual Income Tax Return (ITR) of one or both parents (if working)
โข Employment Contract (if OFW)
5. Photocopy of Grade 12 report card (with complete grades from 1st to 2nd semester) if applicant is currently a senior high school graduate or Photocopy of Certificate of Grades of the previously enrolled semester if the applicant is currently a college student.
The report card or the certificate of grades must indicate the General Weighted Average (GWA) with minimum grade requirement of:
โขFor Indigenous Peoples applicants- at least 80%
โข For Non-Indigenous Peoples & BS Nursing applicants- at least 85%
โข For Persons with disability (PWD) applicants- at least 80%
๐๐จ๐ญ๐: All subject must not have failing grades, dropped or INC remarks
๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ: not over 30 years old for PWD, and not over 18 years old for BS Nursing at the time of application.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐:
๏ INDIGENOUS PEOPLES
o Original copy of the certification from the Barangay and Municipal Tribal Chieftain that the applicant is full blooded IP
๏ PERSONS WITH DISABILITY (PWD)
o Original copy of Medical Certification from any government hospital or health care unit
o Certification from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO)
