It’s a beautiful day to VOTE!!!

Today is the last day of early in-person voting. Stop by Town Hall from 9am-3pm to cast your ballot for our Annual Town Election.
Please enter through the Veterans Office door. (Sign posted) while here stop by the Book Fair. They have jewelry and baked good for sale as well as lots of BOOKS!!! 📚

📢VOTING ENTRANCE NOTICE FOR SATURDAY, MAY 16TH📢

Due to the Friends of the Library book sale taking place in the main lobby at Town Hall, all voters attending Saturday's in-person early voting should use the VETERANS OFFICE entrance to access the polling location.

Signs will be posted to help direct voters upon arrival.

Early In-Person Voting begins Monday at Town Hall from 8:30am-3:30pm. We will have these hours Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesday we are offering later hours. 12pm-6pm. We will also have hours on Saturday the 16th from 9am-3pm.
You can request a vote by mail ballot till 5/12 at 5pm.

Election Day is May 19th!!

ARE YOU AN "ACTIVE" VOTER?????

Per Massachusetts General Law Ch. 51 S. 4, the deadline to return your Annual Street List (Census) is June 1st. Residents who do not return their Census by this date will be designated as "inactive" on the voter list.

To ensure you remain active for upcoming elections, please return your Census to our office by May 29th. You can verify your voter status at Mass.gov or by contacting my office directly.

If you require a reprint of your 2026 Census, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.

Tyngsborough will host its annual Town Election on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Polls are open from 7 AM to 8 PM & early voting will take place the week of May 11, 2026.

I am pleased to report that the 2026 Annual Town Election ballots have been sent to the printer. I expect to have Vote-by-Mail ballots available in the office by the middle of next week.

If you would like to apply for a Vote-by-Mail ballot, please visit: https://www.tyngsboroughma.gov/275/Voter-Election-Information
or visit Mass.gov and search for "vote by mail." The last day to request a ballot is May 12th.

Early In-Person Voting will take place the week of May 11th at Town Hall. Please visit the town website for specific hours.
