At Partners in Care LLC, we are committed to supporting the next generation of professionals in our community đź’ś

We are proud to offer THREE (3) scholarships of $500 each to high school students in Washington County, NC who are preparing to enter the world and pursue a career in the mental/behavioral health or healthcare field.

✨ This is a great opportunity for graduating seniors ready to take the next step toward making a difference!

Open Armz Re-Entry program within the MTW District Health Department serving within the 5 surrounding counties such as: Martin, Tyrrell, Hyde, Beaufort and Washington Counties! We are happy to begin working individuals who are being released back into society.
We offer assistance with: Linkage to care (Medicaid, Food and Nutrition, Social Security Card, NC ID card), Applying for Employment, Housing Assistance, Substance Abuse assistance, Mental Health support, Transportation, Mentorship & Peer Support, Education assistance, Clothing Assistance, Food Banks, and more!!
