Ngayong 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗟. 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆, ginugunita natin ang taong nagbigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng ating sariling wika—𝘪𝘴𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘱𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘭𝘰𝘺 𝘯𝘢 𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘣𝘶𝘬𝘭𝘰𝘥 𝘴𝘢 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘯. ❤️‍🔥

Hindi lamang ito isang tanyag na pahayag. Isa itong paalala na ang wika ay hindi basta paraan ng pakikipagtalastasan. Ito ang tahanan ng ating 𝘬𝘢𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘯, 𝘬𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢, 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘢𝘬𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘭𝘢𝘯, at 𝘬𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢𝘢𝘯. 🇵🇭

ANNOUNCEMENT: ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES ON AUGUST 19, 2026

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 129, alternative learning modes and appropriate learning continuity measures shall be implemented in schools in the National Capital Region (NCR) and other identified areas on August 19, 2026.

For DepEd Manuel Luis M. Quezon High School – Manila:

Classes shall shift to appropriate alternative learning modes to ensure the continuity of learning while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our learners and personnel.

Learners are advised to coordinate with their respective teachers and follow the instructions regarding learning activities, submissions, and other learning continuity arrangements.

Please be guided accordingly.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Nananawagan ang Department of Education (DepEd) sa media, vloggers, content creators, at sa publiko na iwasang mag-post, magbahagi, o magpalaganap ng mga video, larawan, at iba pang sensitibong materyal kaugnay ng naganap na pamamaril sa isang pribadong paaralan sa Zamboanga City.

Ang DepEd Manuel Luis M. Quezon High School – Manila ay kaisa ng sambayanang Pilipino sa paggunita at pagdiriwang ng kaarawan ni Manuel Luis M. Quezon, ang Dakilang Pinuno, Tagapagpatatag ng Bansa, at Ama ng Wikang Pambansa.

Sa araw na ito, ating gunitain ang kanyang makasaysayang ambag sa bayan, matatag na pamumuno, at mahalagang papel sa pagsusulong ng wikang Filipino at pagkakakilanlang pambansa.
