A great time was had by all at the Dog Show, we had handsome dogs, prettiest bi***es, tricks and waggy tails. Here are a selection of photos.
Thanks to Fiona from Ryedale Vets for judging and Barney and Stans pet corner for Sponsoring and suppling biscuits.

What a day yesterday!
Despite being unable to have the sheep, cattle & goat classes we still had a great day at Farndale Show 2026.
- Record numbers of exhibits in the produce & horticulture tents.
- A good show of horses; including possibly our youngest competitor to date - little 19 month old Olivia & her pony Sox.
- Dog Show, Fancy dress, Circus skills area, Farrier demonstration, Little Nippers, Falconry & dog display & everything in between.

- Thank- you to all exhibitors & visitors.

And a huge thank-you to the team of volunteers who work tirelessly to get everything set up, ready & organised.

Team work makes the dream work!!
This week has been all hands on deck, for show prep, every evening to get the show field ready.
(With a bit of running race practice for good measure!)
It’s looking good!

Any trophies outstanding please drop off at BATA in Kirkbymoorside before 5pm tomorrow.
Alternatively contact the trophy secretary, Gill Little, as she may be able to collect.
It is much easier to have all trophies back prior to show day to get them all labelled up ready for this year’s winners.
