With the joint effort of the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) and the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), young leaders from across the municipality came together for a transformative 3-day training focused on building stronger, more united leadership.
The training aimed to; ๐๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต๐ฉ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด, ๐๐ต๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐จ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ฏ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ท๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ด๐ฌ๐ช๐ญ๐ญ๐ด, ๐ต๐ข๐ค๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ-๐ญ๐ช๐ง๐ฆ ๐ค๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ด ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐จ๐ข๐บ, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐๐ถ๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ, and most of all, ๐จ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด๐ช๐ญ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ช๐ต๐บ-๐ณ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด.
Each day brought something differentโfull of lessons, stories, and moments that challenged and inspired us as leaders.
๐๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ญ was all about governance basics and building personal resilience, kicked off with the โMy Leadership Handprintโ activity.
๐๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ focused on inclusivity, teamwork, and addressing real SK challenges through group discussions.
๐๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฏ tied everything together with a recap, action planning, and reflections on the kind of legacy we want to leave as young leaders.
