​Dear Citizens of 16 Tumin Lingi Constituency,
​On the auspicious occasion of World Environment Day, I extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. Our beautiful constituency is blessed with incredible natural abundance, green landscapes, and vibrant ecosystems. It is not just our privilege to live amidst such beauty, but our sacred duty to protect it.
​Today, let us reaffirm our commitment to sustainable living. Let us pledge to plant more trees, keep our surroundings clean, and preserve our natural resources for the generations yet to come. The progress of our community goes hand in hand with the health of our environment.
​Together, let us work towards a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable Tumin Lingi.

Heartiest congratulations and best wishes to our Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) Sir on completing 7 successful years in office and SKM Government on completing 7 years of dedicated service to the people of Sikkim since assuming office on 27th May, 2019.

Under your dynamic leadership, Sikkim has witnessed remarkable development and the successful implementation of many people-friendly welfare schemes for every section of society. Your unconditional hard work, commitment and sincerity have brought positive change and new hope to the people of the state.

A heartfelt salute to all Krantikaris for their selfless struggle, sacrifice and unwavering dedication since 2009, which made this historic change possible and brought this reformative government to power.

These seven years reflect honest leadership, good governance and continuous efforts towards building a Sunaulo, Samriddha ani Samarth Sikkim.

Wishing you and the SKM Government many more years of dedicated service for the continued progress and prosperity of Sikkim. 🙏

I am pleased to share that this visionary initiative was taken by our very own Hon’ble Chief Minister Sir. Today, I had the privilege of being recognized by the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Sikkim High Court as the first advocate to file an online case under the Paperless Court system.

It is a matter of great pride that Sikkim has become the first state in the country to declare and implement a Paperless Court system. This remarkable achievement has been made possible through the leadership, vision, and commitment of our Hon’ble Chief Minister Sir towards digital governance and judicial reforms.

I am grateful for this recognition and also extend my sincere thanks to the e-Sewa Kendra, District Court, for their invaluable assistance and support in making the online filing process smooth and successful.

**राक्दोङ तिनतेक क्षेत्रमा सडक निर्माणका कारण सिर्जित समस्याहरू समाधान गर्न जनसुनुवाई सम्पन्न**
**गान्तोक, २२ मे :2026 RCC GREF (ग्रिफ) द्वारा राक्दोङ तिनतेक क्षेत्रमा भइरहेको सडक कटान र उत्खनन कार्यले स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरूमा पुर्‍याएको मर्का र गुनासोहरूलाई सम्बोधन गर्न आज एक महत्त्वपूर्ण जनसुनुवाई कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएको छ। तुमिन-लिङ्गी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रका माननीय विधायकको अध्यक्षतामा आयोजित यस बैठकमा माननीय जिल्ला अध्यक्ष, गान्तोकका जिल्लापाल, अतिरिक्त जिल्लापाल, SDM राब्दाङ, विभिन्न GPU का पञ्चायत सदस्यहरू, GREF र BRO का अधिकारीहरू, शिवालिक कम्पनीका प्रतिनिधिहरूका साथै प्रभावित क्षेत्रका सर्वसाधारणको ठूलो उपस्थिति रहेको थियो। सुनुवाईको क्रममा स्थानीय जनताले सडकको दयनीय अवस्था, विद्यालय जाने बालकालिकाका लागि असुरक्षित बनेका बाटोहरू, स्थानीय व्यापार र जीविकोपार्जनमा परेको असर, निजी सम्पत्तिको क्षतिको क्षतिपूर्ति नपाएको र यात्रु प्रतिक्षालय जस्ता सार्वजनिक पूर्वाधारहरू भत्किएको भन्दै आफ्ना गम्भीर समस्याहरू प्रस्तुत गरेका थिए। यी सम्पूर्ण जनगुनासोहरूलाई SDM राब्दाङले आवश्यक हस्तक्षेप र निवारणका लागि जिल्लापालसमक्ष विस्तृत रूपमा राख्नुभएको थियो।
जनताका समस्याहरूप्रति गम्भीर चिन्ता व्यक्त गर्दै माननीय विधायकले सम्बन्धित निर्माण कम्पनी र GREF अधिकारीहरूलाई प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा तत्काल सुधारात्मक कदम चाल्न कडा निर्देशन दिनुभयो। उहाँले सर्भे अधिकारीहरूलाई पनि जिम्मेवारीपूर्वक काम गर्दै क्षतिको सही मूल्याङ्कन सुनिश्चित गर्न भन्नुभएको छ। यसै क्रममा गान्तोकका जिल्लापालले भविष्यमा क्षतिको निष्पक्ष मूल्याङ्कन गर्नका लागि समय र मिति (टाइमस्ट्याम्प) सहितको फोटो तथा भिडियोहरू सुरक्षित राख्न आदेश दिनुभएको छ। बैठकमा जिल्लापालद्वारा जारी गरिएका प्रमुख निर्देशनहरू अन्तर्गत आगामी हप्तादेखि प्रभावित क्षेत्रहरूको नियमित पुनर्मूल्याङ्कन सुरु गरिने, निर्माण कार्य र गुनासोहरूका लागि GREF मार्फत एउटै सम्पर्क बिन्दु (सिंगल पोइन्ट अफ कन्ट्याक्ट) कायम गरिने, र GREF ले जिल्ला प्रशासनलाई विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट (DPR) सँगै गुणस्तर जाँच रिपोर्ट बुझाउनुपर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ। यसका साथै, आसन्न वर्षायाममा स्थानीय बासिन्दा र यात्रुहरूलाई आवतजावतमा बाधा नपुगोस् भन्नका लागि तत्काल अस्थायी मर्मतसम्भार गरी सडकलाई सधैं मोटर चल्ने अवस्थामा राख्न निर्देशित गरिएको छ। जिल्ला प्रशासनले सम्बन्धित सबै विभाग र एजेन्सीहरूको आपसी समन्वयमार्फत जनताका सम्पूर्ण समस्याहरूलाई तोकिएको समयभित्रै समाधान गर्ने पूर्ण आश्वासन दिएको छ।
