From environmental concerns to strengthening public service, a day of meaningful work for Batangas City.

Presided over Joint Committee Hearings as Lead Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Urban Development, Land Use and Zoning, addressing matters relevant to our communities and the city’s continued development.

Also chaired a Committee Hearing of the Committee on Civil Service focused on strengthening our organizational structure and improving public service delivery. This matter was likewise reported during the Special Session of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

Patuloy nating isinusulong ang mga hakbang para sa mas maayos na pamamahala, mas matatag na organisasyon, at mas mahusay na serbisyo para sa ating mga kababayan.

A productive day of public service in Batangas City—from the Flag Raising Ceremony to the Regular Session and Joint Committee Hearing of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

During the Regular Session, I reported on matters under the Committee on Public Lands and, as the Chairperson of the Committee on Environment and Urban Development, Land Use and Zoning, presided over a joint committee hearing to deliberate on matters concerning our communities and city development.

Patuloy ang ating pakikinig, pagsusuri, at pagkilos upang maisulong ang mga usaping may tunay na pakinabang sa ating mga kababayan at sa patuloy na pag-unlad ng Lungsod ng Batangas.

Walking side-by-side with our community for a greater cause! It was an honor to join Batangas City for Alay Lakad 2026 to support youth development and community empowerment. Every step we took today builds a brighter future for our young Batangueños.

We also celebrated a big win for public health with the inauguration and blessing of the new Barangay Health Center in Sorosoro Karsada. This new facility brings accessible, quality healthcare right to the heart of the community.

Sa bawat hakbang at serbisyo, patuloy nating isusulong ang mas malusog at mas Ligtas na Lungsod ng Batangas!

Honored to stand witness as our dear couples took their vows and officially stepped into a new chapter of married life.

Marriage is not only a beautiful personal journey, but also the very cornerstone of a strong, thriving community. Supporting our local families as they step into this new chapter together remains at the heart of our public service.

Another day of meaningful public service, from the Flag Raising Ceremony to the Regular Session and Committee Hearings of the Sangguniang Panlungsod.

During the Regular Session, I reported on land donations generously made by our citizens for the benefit of their communities. As Chairperson of the Committee on Public Lands, I also presided over a hearing concerning donated parcels intended for road lots and community facilities, carefully reviewing their purpose and ensuring that these lands are put to proper and meaningful public use.

We also continued discussions on the DICT partnership for GOVNET and other development and planning initiatives for Batangas City’s river systems.
Sa bawat donasyon at desisyong ginagawa, kapakanan ng komunidad ang ating laging isinasaalang-alang.

A productive day of legislative work and public service. The Sangguniang Panlungsod convened for its Regular Session, followed by Committee Hearings on various local concerns.

As Chairperson of the Committee on Public Lands, I presided over the hearing on the Deed of Donation of road lots in Barangays Sto. Domingo, Sta. Rita, and Banaba Ibaba. Another hearing was also conducted to addresse emerging public safety and security concerns

Nakikiisa sa Masusing Pagpaplano para sa Lungsod ng Batangas.
Nakilahok tayo sa isang Committee Hearing upang talakayin at suriin ang mga programa, proyekto, at panukalang gawain ng pamahalaang lungsod para sa darating na taon.

Mahalaga ang bawat pagdinig upang mapakinggan ang mga kinauukulan, mabigyang-linaw ang mga usapin, at matiyak na ang mga plano at programa ay maayos na napag-aaralan.

Sa bawat talakayan, patuloy nating isinasabuhay ang responsableng pamamahala, maingat na pagpapasya, at malasakit sa kapakanan ng bawat Batangueño.
