✨ Celebrating our students’ achievements! For many of them, earning a high school diploma was once only a dream while living in a refugee camp. Being present for these milestone moments is one of the greatest honors we have.

⚽ Generosity on and off the field! Thanks to donated soccer gear and supplies, our players are preparing for an exciting futsal season. Many of our athletes would not have the opportunity to play the sport they love without the support of our community. Every donation helps us serve vulnerable children and families.

🥣 A simple act of care can make a big difference. When one of our students became sick and reached out for help, our team delivered a “Get Better Bag” filled with soup, hydrating drinks, tissues, and an encouraging note from a volunteer. We are grateful to be a community that shows up in times of need.

🙏 Discipleship is never wasted. Watching students grow in their faith is one of the greatest joys of our work. Thank you to for faithfully mentoring one of our students and walking alongside him as he grows closer to Jesus.

🛏️ Community in action! When learned that a family we serve had experienced a traumatic situation, she immediately stepped in to help. Because of her generosity, their baby now has a safe and beautiful bed to sleep in. Thank you, , for showing what it means to love your neighbors well.

We believe no child should be hungry!

No child should spend summer hungry. ☀️🎒🍎 Starting JUNE 1, we will begin our Summer Hunger Backpack Program for children 18 and under in the Arlington area. Families can pick up free groceries for kids — no cost, no sign-up required. Just show up!

📍 Catholic Charities Food Pantry | 1430 Bernita St.

✔️ Serving 100 students each week

The power of dance is truly transformational! 💃🏽
For the past semester, 16 of our students worked so hard preparing for their final performance last Saturday. What took place was so much more than a dance recital — it was a journey of self-growth, celebration, confidence, and courage.

One of our youngest dancers was overwhelmed with fear before going on stage and told one of our staff, “I can’t do it.” With some encouragement and gentle reassurance, she bravely stepped onto the stage and danced just like she had practiced.

The moment she came off stage, she shouted, “I’m not scared anymore!” 🥹

Moments like these remind us that the arts have the power to build confidence, inspire bravery, and transform lives far beyond the stage.

We are incredibly thankful for our continued partnership with The Art Center Cooperative and their heart for serving our students through the arts. Last week, a few of our students had the unforgettable opportunity to see their own artwork displayed in a gala for the very first time. Watching them experience that moment with such pride and excitement was truly special! 🎨
