The City Housing and Land Management Office has concluded its Year-End Operations Review on December 13–14 at the Sabrina Panoramic View Resort.

With the active participation of all divisions, the Administrative Division, Human Homesite and Physical Planning Division (HHPP), Land Management Division (LMD), Relocation and Resettlement Division (RRD), as well as personnel from the Antonio C. Acharon Memorial Park (ACAMP), the department had able to identify its achievements, operational gaps, and areas for improvement in the office operation.

Strategic plans for the Fiscal Year 2026 were also set for a more efficient and effective service delivery.

A coordination meeting was conducted on December 22, 2025, at the CEMCDO Conference Room for a discussion on the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Local Government of General Santos and Department of Environment and Natural Resources Region XII , for the disposition of public lands in the City of General Santos.

The body recommended further review of the MOU and its provisions. This is to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective implementation moving forward.

The City Housing and Land Management Office, in coordination with the City Mayor's Office, officially turned over the Deed of Donation and Acceptance to the Department of Education for the parcel of land occupied by Ligaya Elementary School, together with the Original Owner’s Duplicate Copy of the Title.

The documents was personnally handed over by the Honorable City Mayor, Lorelie Geronimo Pacquiao. This signifies the Local Government's continued support for securing legal ownership and providing quality education.

Last December 17, 2025, the National Housing Authority, through the assistance of the City Housing and Land Management Office, successfully endorsed to the City, the Original Owner’s Duplicate Copies of Transfer Certificate of Titles for the turnover of road lots, alleys, and open spaces for community facilities at Greenville, Calumpang, General Santos City.

The City Housing and Land Management office joins the Local Government Unit of General Santos City in observing the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW).

This year, we reinforce the call for a Holistic Nation Approach in recognizing that VAW is a collective responsibility. Violence against Women is not just a women's issue, but a human rights issue that requires active participation regardless of gender, age and background.

Let's UNITE for a VAW FREE PHILIPPINES! Together let's end violence, promote justice and support survivors.

The City Housing and Land Management Office under the leadership of Engr. Ronald B. Nuñeza, EnP, RMP, conducts its Department Performance Management Team (DPMT) for November.

Through effective collaboration among its Division Chiefs, the Office has successfully developed the Department's Plan for the year 2026.

The DPMT aims to ensure that the Department's activities are in line with the overall organizational goals and objectives, it also monitors and assessed the performance and the progress of the Department's programs from July to present.

Narito ang Traffic Flow Directory na ipatutupad sa Antonio C. Acharon Memorial Park (ACAMP) Cemetery simula November 1 to 2, 2025. Mahigpit na ipatutupad ang tamang daloy ng trapiko upang matiyak ang maayos at ligtas na pagpasok at paglabas ng mga sasakyan sa loob ng sementeryo.
