In line with its commitment to cultivate a culture of entrepreneurship and empower future business owners, the DTI R2 Isabela, through its Negosyo Center Cabagan and Santa Maria, conducted a three-day Entrepreneurial Development Training cm Financial Literacy for 20 trainees enrolled in the Agricultural Crops NC II program under the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Program on July 6โ8, 2026, at Simanu Norte, San Pablo, Isabela.
The activity aimed to equip the trainees with entrepreneurial knowledge and practical business skills to complement their technical competencies, enabling them to explore entrepreneurship as a viable livelihood option.
The training was facilitated by Negosyo Center Business Counselors (NCBCs) Ms. Anne Jhay O. Brisuela-Ulep of Negosyo Center Cabagan and Ms. Kathleen Sol C. Caliguiran of Negosyo Center Santa Maria. Throughout the activity, participants actively engaged in interactive discussions, workshops, and practical learning sessions designed to enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities.

Each group presented its output before the Negosyo Center Business Counselors, who provided constructive feedback and recommendations to strengthen the feasibility and sustainability of their business concepts.
The activity concluded with participants expressing appreciation for the practical knowledge and insights they gained. Their active participation, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit contributed to a dynamic and engaging learning environment throughout the three-day training.
