The CSULB Student Health Services is medically accredited as an ambulatory care clinic by the Acreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. The SHS staff participates in continuing education to keep current and increase skills.

Are you looking for a campus job for Fall 2026?
Are you passionate about health?
JOIN OUR TEAM!

Qualifications:
Must be available for mandatory training on 8/10/26–8/14/26
Must have at least 15 hours of availability each week during office hours (M–F 8am–5pm)
Be an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student at CSULB and commit to working for the full 2026–2027 academic year
Must feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics such as sexual health, sexual assault, and substance use/abuse
Must have strong public speaking & communication skills

Job Duties:
Planning, implementing, and evaluating health promotion programming
Researching relevant health information and writing literature reviews
Conducting outreach events on campus
Developing health education materials and marketing materials to promote our programs and services
Administrative duties such as answering phones and greeting patients
Other duties as assigned

Recruitment Timeline
Accepting applications: 4/16/26–5/31/26
Application review and interviews: Throughout the month of June 2026
Position offers sent with training details: August 2026
