Hello everyone,

I'm Daana, the founder of Person Centered Planners of SoCal.

A bit about me: My journey in the world of self-determination began close to home. I have a sister with Down syndrome who is currently enrolled in the Self Determination Program. Witnessing her journey, her challenges, and her triumphs has been a profound inspiration. It's what motivated me to delve deeper into the world of independent facilitation and eventually led me to establish Person Centered Planners of SoCal.

As an Independent Facilitator, my mission has always been about empowering individuals and families to navigate the Self Determination Program with confidence and ease. At Person Centered Planners of SoCal, we take pride in offering personalized service planning, comprehensive budget management, continuous support, and guidance for SDP enrollment.

My personal experiences have given me a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the intricacies and the transformative potential of the Self Determination Program. I'm passionate about sharing this knowledge and supporting others in their journey towards self-determination and independence.

I'm here not just as a facilitator, but as someone who has lived the journey from a family member's perspective. I'm excited to share insights, offer support, as well as learn from the amazing experiences of my clients.
