Number 1 Municipal Most Wanted Person, Nahuli ng Viga MPS

Matagumpay na naaresto ng mga tauhan ng Viga Municipal Police Station (MPS), ika-21 ng Marso 2026, ang isang lalaki na kabilang sa No. 1 Municipal Most Wanted Person ng bayan ng Viga, Catanduanes.

Ang operasyon ay pinangunahan ni PLT JESSIE LLOYD N ALMOSA, OIC, kasama ang ilang tauhan mula sa Catanduanes 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company.

Ang suspek, na kinilala sa alias na "Jun,” 28 anyos, walang asawa, at isang abaca stripper, ay naaresto bandang 10:46 ng gabi sa Brgy. Progreso, San Miguel, Catanduanes.

Isinagawa ang pag-aresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu noong ika-18 ng Marso 2026 ni Hon. Candice Guada Cresilda Cortes Almodovar-Tordilla, Assisting Judge ng Regional Trial Court, Fifth Judicial Region, Branch 43, Virac, Catanduanes.

Ang suspek ay nahaharap sa kaso ng paglabag sa Article 226-A (2) in relation to Section 5(b) ng RA 7610, sa ilalim ng Criminal Case Nos. 11849, 11850, 11851, 11852, 11853, at 11854.

May inirekomendang piyansa ang nasambit na anim (6) na kaso na itinakda sa halagang Isang Daan at Walumpung Libong Piso (PHP 180,000.00) bawat isa.

Sa kasalukuyan, ang arestado ay nasa pangangalaga ng Viga MPS para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at disposisyon.
