The Story Behind This Page

Famous People From Bournemouth started life as a page on a site called Squidoo more than 10 years ago.

Little did I know when I started to write about the famous people with a connection to my home town that there would be so many of them and so many really interesting ones as well.

When Squidoo folded some years ago, I decided to create a website dedicated to all those with a connection to Bournemouth and the result is Famous People From Bournemouth.

As well as our website we now also have this page to help increase awareness.
