Charter of Being Italian

I. The Italian exists as such not for being born in Italy, but for having grown sufficiently as Agent of Noble Consciousness, with relation to one's age and faculties.

II. The ethnicity or territorial nationality are not important, fundamental is the personification of quality of being aristotype (antithetical to the plebotype, which can never be Italian).

III. The Italian professes a productive realm in the growth of rights, civism and resources (Empire of noble laws), and it keeps to this coherently in conceiving, doing and expressing himself/herself as a person.

IV. The moral and material evolution represents a constant in being authentic Italian (not ethnic, but [a] personified Aristotype of noble active consciousness).

V. The political, civic and social commitment of the Italian type (aristotype) is "nulla dies sine linea", and it doesn't care about centrality of consensus, but about centrality of the most evolved civilization possible.

VI. Justice and revenge are part of True Italian background, as much as heart, mind, arm (HMA) armed with mutual volition (helping the needy, which may be also potential Italian unable to be fully it) and HMA armed with volition assisting the good and the best to develop; as well as mind, heart, arm attacking evil and the worst, towards a continuous higher level of civism and biospheric sapiential existential technological progress.

VII. Italian subject is aristocracy to be person or is not Italian. Nothing has anything to do with ethnicity, it's no matter.
Furthermore, "person" can be understood as mind / conscience, which must be considered full or partial, but always relative; never any conscience is absolute.

VIII. The (true) Italian has a secular and rigorous ethics, regardless of the laws in force or not in force. Nor does it repudiate war, but injustice.

IX. Italian professes equality upwards: a collective aristocracy of rights and duties, of being and having.
It then never lowers the level of interpersonal or inter-existential respect, indeed it demands that, with the correct manners according to the circumstances and the subjects in front of itself.

X. The aristocracy of person, thought, rules and action (to be authentically Italian) is not even tied to the territory, nationality, speaking the Italian language, nothing that is not to embody elevation of the feel, conceive, operate.

Carta dei diritti aristocratici collettivi & universali (panaristocratici)

I. Ogni cittadino/a ha diritto inalienabile a casa, salute, reddito, sicurezza e rispetto, secondo migliorativi standard via via adeguati e ottimizzati ai tempi, ai luoghi, alle dimensioni del vivere entro crescente civismo.
Istruzione, educazione e formazione sono obbligatorie.

II. Entro obbligata e generale cultura del Rispetto, ogni cittadina/o ha diritto, purchè legittimamente, ad essere pronomizzata/o, chiamata/o e appellata/o come lei/lui desideri, e non secondo volontà terze.

III. Non è ammissibile verso la tutela del progresso della morale, della mente e dei diritti, credere in religioni retrograde e intolleranti, così come in fedi politiche, cospirazioniste (o d'altra forma) incompatibili con un sano Stato aristocratico collettivo*.

IV. È necessito fissare interdipendenti una ricchezza individuale massima consentita ed una minima garantita, la quale, quest'ultima, sia innalzata sempre prima di poter innalzare quella massima.

V. I diritti non sono riservabili solo agli esseri scienti, ma anche all'ecosistema e a tutta la biosfera e le sue specie; senza che ciò possa andare contro variegate necessità di alimentazione e di intervento verso migliorativi equilibri di flora, fauna e habitat.

VI. La morale sia più laica che avanzata ha il compito di legiferare sui diritti civili, sociali, individuali e generali.
Nella morale più evoluta la difesa civica di pronto intervento è da considerarsi imperniante per il corretto espletamento delle funzioni pubbliche.

VII. Il pieno sviluppo della persona e di tutti i nobili potenziali dei soggetti (anche non umani) dev'essere perseguito costantemente, attraverso una cultura applicata di emancipazione delle diversità e delle eccellenze; privilegiando l'assistenza a disabili/diversabili e a soggetti con più nobili potenziali in essere.

VIII. Professabile Biospaziotempo nobile desiderabile è diritto d'aristocrazia collettiva e può prevedere forme di belligeranza e oclodistruzione.

IX. È diritto e dovere per plenaria nobiltà di coesistenza, convivere sotto tetti fissati e rifissati d'equonomia generale; ovvero: convivere in un sistema plutogeno di giustizia sociale, congruenze di status, parallele tutela e produzione di risorse, e giustizia distributiva; incentivate e controllate secondo principî di crescita inclusiva.

X. Ogni fattore o potere plebifero (producente forme di plebe) così come qualsiasi risma di oclostrizione (costrizione subdola/palese, occasionale/continuata/sistematica, a sussistere pleboidi) è interdetto. Consentibile solo consensualmente entro certune libertà private.
