𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 | Assessment for Teacher I to Teacher II

Due to the retirement of some School Heads and Teachers in the District, the District Personnel Selection Board shall conduct an assessment for T-I to T-II and T-II to T-III positions on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 (08:30 AM) at Pio V. Corpus Central School, Pio V. Corpus District, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate.

Applicants are advised to submit Two (2) sets of photocopied papers for assessment and ORIGINAL copies shall be presented to the board on assessment date.

Attendance of applicants to this activity is on official time only.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | District Election on Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG) for SY 2023-2024

Last June 13, 2023, District Election on SELG for SY 2023-2024 was conducted at District LR Center, Pio V. Corpus Central School.

Eighteen (18) SELG School Presidents participated the event assisted by their Teacher-Adviser. This aims to promote student camaraderie and acknowledge their strength through involvement in school activities which provides them opportunities to grow and develop along their peers. Moreover, the SELG will act as the learners platform in expressing and communicating their ideas and concerns in implementing school programs and activities.

The activity was actively facilitated by our District YFP Coordinator, Mr. Junan N. Romero, T-III of Buenasuerte IS. With him, are the selected teachers co-acted as the commissioners during the election.

Ipagbunyi at ipagmalaki ang iyong pagka-Pilipino! 🇵🇭

Ang buong Kagawaran ng Edukasyon (DepEd) ay kaisa ng sambayanan sa pagdiriwang ng ika-125 anibersaryo ng proklamasyon ng kasarinlan ng Pilipinas.

Sa temang “Kalayaan. Kinabukasan. Kasaysayan,” ating patuloy na pangalagaan ang kalayaan na ipinaglaban ng mga Pilipino mula sa kasaysayan, tungo sa isang mas maunlad at nagkakaisang kinabukasan para sa bawat Pilipino.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | Public Schools in Pio V. Corpus District Participated the 2023 Regional School Press Conference (RSPC)

On June 9-11, 2023, RSPC took place in Albay Central School, Legazpi City. It was participated by 2,700 student-journalists throughout Bicol Region in which 4 of it were from Pio V. Corpus CS and 2 were from Tanque NHS. Together, they were assisted and guided by their respective Coaches and School Head.

Our student-journalist qualifiers took part on the various competitive categories to wit: for Elementary Level - (1) News Writing, (2) Pagsulat ng Balita, (3) Pagguhit ng Kartung Editoryal, (4) Pagkuha ng Larawang Pampahayagan, and for Secondary Level - (1) Sports Writing, (2) Pagsulat ng Isports.

The theme for this year's RSPC was "From Campus Journalism to Real-World Journalism: Shaping Minds from Schools to Societies." This theme reflects the crucial role of journalism in shaping public opinion and fostering social responsibility. It emphasizes the need for young journalists to not only report news but also make a positive impact on society through their work.

𝙅𝙐𝙎𝙏 𝙄𝙉 | Joint District Roll-Out on Records Management

In collaborative effort of, Pio V. Corpus and Esperanza Districts through the supervisions of Mr. Galie J. Cababan, PSDS of Pio V. Corpus, and Mrs. Armi K. Montecalvo, PSDS of Esperanza District, conducted its first joint training activity for this year. The activity was held at District LR Center, Pio V. Corpus Central School, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate on June 8, 2023.

Participants were all School Records Custodians from both districts. Thru this activity, participants were expected to learn the standard procedure and guidelines for managing school records. Also, be capacitated on eRIMS (Electronic Records Inventory System) and eSRMS (Electronic School Records Management System).

With Mr. Ronald L. Escandor, AO-IV, Records Section of SDO-Masbate as Resource Speaker, the event concluded successfully and meaningfully leaving participants useful knowledge and skills.

A GENTLE REMINDER

To all teacher-applicants in all public schools in Pio V. Corpus District, please be guided that the Submission and Initial Screening of Documents will last only until JUNE 09, 2023.

It is encouraged that all teacher-applicants regardless of gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation shall submit the documentary requirements in Two (2) Sets according to the assigned folder color to the public school nearest to residence.

RECENTLY | June 02, 2023

With the assistance as discussion leader provided by our own PSDS, Sir Galie J. Cababan, Pio V. Corpus District conducted its District Program Implementation Review and Performance Assessment (DisPIRPA) for 3rd Quarter of SY 2022-2023 held at Buenasuerte Integrated School last June 02, 2023.

DisPIRPA aims to present and monitor the status of the major programs, the program with procurement based on the implementaion plan, committed outputs, and the key performance indicators across ALS, public and private schools.

The activity were participated by all Public School Heads, Private Teachers, ALS Teachers, and School MME Coordinators and was concluded successfully.

Special thanks to Buenasuerte Integrated School headed by Mam Anne Clavecilla Areglo-Naval , P-I, and Mam Cheryll M. Malesido, HT-III, for hosting the event.
