DAR Regional Office III, with the assistance of DAR Provincial Office - Pampanga as host province, successfully conducted the Regionwide C-Title Distribution activity under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project on April 6, 2022 at Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The SPLIT Project, within its four-year implementation, aims to fast track the parcelization of agricultural landholdings covered under the agrarian reform program wherein Collective Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) are issued to several farmer beneficiaries, which will involve subdivision of about 1.38 million hectares of collective land titles into individual land titles.
The awarding ceremony was personally attended by Hon. Bernie F. Cruz, Secretary of DAR, together with Undersecretary for Finance, Management and Administration Office (FMAO) Lucius Junjun G. Malsi. Atty. Joseph D. Sagampud, Jr., OIC - PARPO II of DARPO Pampanga gave a very uplifting welcome remarks to all the guests and participants.

The distribution of CCLOA titles were participated by Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) who were headed by their respective PARPOs, as well as esteemed representatives from the Registry of Deeds. In the province of Pampanga, 53 ARBs were awarded with CCLOAs.
The activity was spearheaded by Regional Director James Arsenio O. Ponce and Assistant Regional Director Atty. Odgie C. Cayabyab of DARRO - III, with the assistance of DAR Pampanga personnel, guided by Atty. Joseph D. Sagampud, Jr., OIC - PARPO II of DARPO - Pampanga.
