Please be advised that some areas may experience frequent minor water interruptions due to ongoing construction activities within the Government Center.

Some water distribution pipelines were unintentionally damaged during civil works by contractors. In response, repair works and water reflow adjustments are currently being conducted to prevent further disturbances and stabilize water supply.

Our team is actively working to address these issues and restore normal water service as soon as possible.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE | C.Y. 2026

The 1st Regular Quarterly Meeting was successfully convened today, January 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the PIAO Conference Room.

Discussions focused on the 2026 PIMO Action Plan for PRIME-HRM Level III, DPCC revision requests, and other relevant matters.

In line with the preparations for the Palarong Pambansa 2026, the Chiefs of Offices Council (COC) convened a Special Meeting on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

The meeting focused on the discussion and clarification of the Traffic Management and Rerouting Scheme within the Government Center to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles and the safety of employees and visitors during the event.

Additionally, the Council tackled the Medical Allowance Guidelines, providing guidance on policies and procedures to ensure the welfare and well-being of government personnel.

The Provincial Administrator’s Office successfully conducted its Year-End Assessment on December 3–5, 2025. The activity centered on the alignment of the Unified Development Agenda C.Y. 2026–2029 with the PGAS Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard C.Y. 2026–2029, leading to the crafting and critiquing of the Department Performance Commitment and Contract (DPCC) for 2026. This undertaking ensures strategic coherence, clarity of priorities, and a unified direction for the Provincial Administrator’s Office for the year ahead.

The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the Performance Management Review Committee (PMRC), conducts the Year-End Deliberation and Cluster Strategic Planning on November 26–28, 2025 at Almont Hotel, Butuan City. This three-day activity focuses on strengthening strategic alignment for CY 2026, highlighted by the presentation of the alignment from PDPFP to UDA, the Strategy Map and Balanced Scorecard of PGAS, and the critiquing of Cluster Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecards of each cluster. Through collaborative review, evidence-based evaluation, and clear direction-setting, PGAS continues to uphold a culture of performance excellence, accountability, and results-driven public service for the people of Agusan del Sur.

The League of Local Government Administrators in Agusan del Sur, Incorporated (LLGAADS, Inc.) successfully held its regular meeting on August 15, 2025 (Friday), 9:00 AM at the Provincial Governor’s Office (PGO) Conference Room. The gathering brought together City and Municipal Administrators, together with their representatives, to discuss updates and matters concerning the organization.

Key agenda items included C/MLGUs updates, the Treasurer’s Report, election of a new set of officers, change of bank signatories, and other organizational matters. These discussions served to update members on current concerns and ensure the smooth functioning of LLGAADS, Inc.

After the meeting, the group paid a courtesy visit to Governor Cane at his office, marking a simple but meaningful engagement with the Provincial Chief Executive.

Through this activity, LLGAADS, Inc. continues to strengthen its coordination and camaraderie among members as they carry out their duties in their respective local government units.

The Provincial Administrator’s Office—Department Performance Management Division (PAdmO-DPMD) is currently undertaking the Office Performance Review and Validation (OPRV) to assess the Department Performance Evaluation Report (DPER) for the rating period January to June 2025.

This activity serves as a vital mechanism to validate performance ratings, verify submitted Means of Verification (MOVs), and ensure alignment of accomplishments with the approved Department Performance Commitment Contract (DPCC).

Through this process, the provincial government upholds its commitment to accuracy, transparency, and accountability in evaluating office and employee performance. The OPRV also aims to recognize best practices, identify gaps for improvement, and provide valuable inputs for organizational planning and employee development.

By reinforcing a culture of performance excellence, the Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur continues to advance its mission of delivering efficient, responsive, and people-centered public service.
