The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O)🌱 proudly takes part in the celebration of 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 2026, in collaboration with the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG), Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC), Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), and other school-based organizations. This initiative supports the Department of Education’s campaign against Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation Materials (CSAEM).

As student leaders and environmental advocates, YES-O believes that a safe digital space is essential for growth, learning, and empowerment. By promoting responsible digital citizenship and active collaboration, we strengthen our commitment to protecting children’s rights and encouraging a culture of respect, accountability, and awareness in online communities.

Let us work together to promote informed decision-making and responsible internet use—creating a secure, inclusive, and supportive environment for every learner, both online and offline. Together, we lead. Together, we protect. 🌱💚

🌳✨ DepEd Dinagat Islands’ 30K Trees: One Division, One Christmas Gift ✨🌳

On December 12, 2025, the YES-O of DREESMNHS, together with other school organizations, proudly joined the 30K Trees Initiative of the DepEd Division of Dinagat Islands in support of this meaningful program for a greener province. 🌱💚

More than tree planting, this activity reflects our commitment to protect the environment. Through the leadership of DepEd Dinagat Islands, and with the support of the LGU of San Jose, DENR, teachers, and learners, we planted not only trees but also hope for future generations. 🌿

The YES-O, along with other School Organizations, stands united with DepEd in making this Christmas a gift for nature. Together, we grow a greener Dinagat Islands. 🌳❤️

Today, December 12, 2025, we proudly take part in a movement far greater than ourselves. Together with all school organizations of DREESMNHS, we planted hope—one seedling at a time—through the 30K Trees initiative of DepEd Dinagat Islands. 🌱💚

This isn’t just an activity; it's a promise. A promise that our generation chooses to protect the land we call home. A promise that the future we imagine—cleaner, greener, and more sustainable—begins with the small actions we courageously take today.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the LGU of San Jose, DENR, DepEd, our dedicated teachers, and every learner who showed up with passion and purpose. Your hands have planted trees, but your efforts have planted tomorrows. 🌿✨

Last December 5, we proudly concluded our Eco-Parol Making Contest, showcasing the creativity and environmental advocacy of our learners. 🌟💚

Thank you to our judges, Sir Alim Eviota, Sir Joshua Salve Virtudazo, and Sir Mark Bacara—for carefully evaluating all entries. Here are the winners:
