A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our brilliant learners who brought pride and honor to Bonuan Buquig National High School (BBNHS) in the recently concluded AsiaRope Olympiad International Round, held in Bangkok, Thailand, on September 4-8, 2026!

Amid the persistent monsoon rains and flooding affecting several areas of Dagupan City, SDS Dr. Marciano U. Soriano, Jr. and PSDS Dr. Edwin R. Ferrer visited Bonuan Buquig National High School (BBNHS) to personally check the situation and assess the condition of the school.

SDS Dr. Marciano and PSDS Dr. Ferrer personally inspected the affected areas, checked on the condition of the school, listened to the concerns of the school personnel, and advised appropriate actions to address the needs of BBNHS amid the flooding.

As one of the schools in Dagupan City that is particularly vulnerable to flooding, BBNHS continues to prioritize the safety and well-being of its learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and the entire school community.

d. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/Report of Rating, if applicable
e. Photocopy of scholastic/academic record such as but not limited to Transcript of Records (TR) and Diploma, including completion of graduate and post-graduate units/degrees, if available
f. Photocopy of Certificate/s of Training, if applicable
g. Photocopy of Certificate of Employment, Contract of Service, or duly signed Service Record, whichever is/are applicable
h. Photocopy of latest appointment, if applicable
i. Photocopy of the Performance Ratings in the last rating period(s) covering one (1) year performance prior to the deadline of submission, if applicable
j. Checklist of Requirements and Omnibus Sworn Statement on the Certificate of Authenticity and Veracity (CAV) of the documents submitted and Data Privacy Consent Form
k. Other documents as may be required for comparative assessment, such as but not limited to:
a. Means of Verification (MOVs) showing Outstanding Accomplishments, Application of Education, and Application of Learning and Development reckoned from the date of last issuance of appointment
b. Photocopy of Performance Rating obtained from the relevant work experience, if performance rating in item (i) is not relevant to the position to be filled

✅Applicants are required to submit in hardcopy, 2 set of folders with notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and Checklist of Requirements mentioned above.

✅Only relevant Education, Training and Experience that exceed the minimum qualifications of the CSC approved qualification standards shall be given points. Training must be earned after the last promotion but within the last five (5) years.
