IP MONTH CELEBRATION 2024

Buhi Elementary School culminated Indigenous Peoples (IP) Month with a full-day event themed "𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙪𝙣𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙜𝙤 𝙨𝙖 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙪𝙣𝙡𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣" The program aimed to honor and preserve indigenous knowledge, culture, and traditions, fostering inclusivity and awareness among students and the community.

This event was led by the BUHI ES Teachers and Staff, headed by IP Coordinator Ma’am Joan S. Ranque, with Ma'am Thelma A. Corpuz as the master of ceremonies. The celebration proved to be a meaningful engagement, reinforcing the school’s commitment to inclusive education and cultural appreciation.

On the other hand, one of the event's highlights was the "Best in IP Dress", "Nilotlot" cooking contest, "Tribal Dance" and Raffle draw of tickets.

The celebration concluded with an awarding ceremony and a community dance, where participants joyfully united, embracing the vibrant spirit of Buhi ES’s indigenous heritage.

WIKANG FILIPINO: WIKANG MAPAGPALAYA🫶

Ipinagdiwang ng mga mag-aaral, kaguruan, at magulang ng Buhi Elementary School ang Buwan ng Wika na may pusong puno ng pagmamalaki at pasasalamat sa ating kulturang Pilipino.

Mabuhay ang wikang Filipino, ang ating tulay tungo sa malayang kinabukasan!

‼️ENROLLMENT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️

In line with the DepEd No. 032 s. 2024 that announces the conduct of enrollment in all public school, Buhi Elementary School is officially opening its doors for incoming Kindergarten to Grade 6 and transferees for school year 2024-2025.

Enrollment period will be on July 3-26, 2024 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

ADVISORY

7 April 2024 - In order to allow learners to complete pending assignments, projects and other requirements, all public schools nationwide shall implement ASYNCHRONOUS CLASSES/DISTANCE LEARNING on Monday, 8 April 2024.

Likewise, teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public schools shall not be required to report to their stations.

Finally, private schools shall not be covered by this advisory but shall have the option to implement the same.
